I was very upset to have these issues with a one year old pickup. But Scottie did a great job at explaining the problem to me and what needed to be done to correct the problem. My truck was brought right in and looked at. The mechanic showed me the defective part. And told me what he needed to do to fix the truck. I felt good knowing what was going on for the repair. Overall I was very happy with the way schweiters handled my situation and would recommend them to anyone that needs service.
