Staff was very helpful at the teller window. The customer appreciation tacos were delicious. Enjoyed seeing the employees serving the meal having fun and interacting with customers. I love my credit union.

I've been a member here for over almost 15 years and now that I've moved away all I am able to do is get things taken care of via phone. Unfortunately there quality of phone service has definitely gone down. From what I've gathered over the phone it's because of the new branch manager.

I have been with MNFEDCU for 20 yrs and have found them very friendly and easy to do business with except in one area.... Passwords and being locked out online. Recently I was locked out on the internet because of failure of a correct password. The questions that were asked of me did not even apply and as such I had no answers for. I am currently in AZ and could do nothing. Why? because it was 3:30 PM here in AZ and after 5PM in MN due to daylight savings time and there was no "body" to help me get back online. In this day of technology you would think they would have a way to correct this problem. Thank goodness it was not on a friday evening where I would have had to wait until monday morning.
