Friendly enough but don't expect them to go the extra mile to help you. tried to apply for a card and was denied, no big deal there that's just business but their unwillingness to work with a new customer to solutions is the reason for the review. With service like that might as well go to one of the big national banks

Looks like a tiny hole in the wall, but stop in and give them a chance. Anyone can join, they gave me a GREAT RATE on a car loan and are always courteous and convenient. Even Saturday hours!
