One star in too many for these crooks. They wont answer the phone, dont have voicemail...dont have time for anybody. Avoid them like the plague and bank somewhere where they ACTUALLY care about you as the customer, because this is not that place!
11/1/2021 Update: I notice how Wells Fargo attempts to show they care by responding to select negative reviewers....Im sure they wont give me the time of day because I have no accounts with them....Well, im actually a banker myself at a small COMMUNITY BANK (really the oposite of these clowns) and the only times I have the displeasure of dealing with them is when I am required to contact them due to a business request with a mutual customer......Wells Fargo, Please realize: by not responding to me, you hurt your customer too.
Do you really want to bank somewhere that doesnt have the time of day for you? I say vote with your wallet, do not do business with them. If we all do it, they can be brought down eventually. This bank honestly doesnt need to exist. ~Joshua
