Avoid them like the plague and bank somewhere where they ACTUALLY care about you as the customer, because this is not that place! 11/1/2021 Update: I notice how Wells Fargo attempts to show they care by responding to select negative reviewers....Im sure they wont give me the time of day because I have no accounts with them....Well, im actually a banker myself at a small COMMUNITY BANK (really the oposite of these clowns) and the only times I have the displeasure of dealing with them is when I am required to contact them due to a business request with a mutual customer......Wells Fargo, Please realize: by not responding to me, you hurt your customer too. Do you really want to bank somewhere that doesnt have the time of day for you? I say vote with your wallet, do not do business with them. If we all do it, they can be brought down eventually. This bank honestly doesnt need to exist.
