After inquiring about a vehicle, Jose provided us with technical information and promptly answered any questions we had regarding different models. We had an exceptional experience with a new car purchase at Elizabeth Chevrolet. Before visiting the dealership, we communicated via email and telephone with Jose. Every question we had was answered immediately and comprehensively. After perhaps four weeks of communicating electronically, we visited the dealership, test drove several vehicles, and departed with a new Chevrolet Equinox. Throughout the process, Jose and all of the staff at Elizabeth Chevrolet treated us courteously and honestly. In 2013, we purchased a new vehicle from Mel Carlson Chevrolet (now Elizabeth Chevrolet) with the help of Jose Lopez. While at Elizabeth Chevrolet for routine service on that vehicle, Jose mentioned new car incentives. From previous conversations, he knew we might be interested in another new car. He had the car we wanted & took the time to work out a deal that was best for us. He was willing to combine GM incentives, a very good trade-in, and even worked in a Costco incentive! He is, extremely, helpful, polite and avoids the "high pressure" approach. We would like to also mention that, at least, 2 other employees stayed after work hours to complete our purchase. The Elizabeth Chevrolet experience has been a very good one for us!

I had been looking for over 9 months for the right used vehicle. I live in the Twin Cites so this was the area I had been searching. My sister has purchased 4 cars from Jose at Elizabeth Chevrolet and said why don't you try them. I went to there web page and found the exact vehicle I was looking for and it had every option I wanted and more. Because of the distance away I was and my work schedule Jose met with me after hours. Showed me the car and explained all of the features and how everything worked. I had to head back so he called me first thing the next morning and presented the offer. I have always felt I need to dicker on the price. This was the first time ever in purchasing a car I felt I was offered a fair price for the car and my trade. I asked him to write it up and I would be down in a couple of days to pick it up. I met with Jose and Kevin when my wife and I arrived and they were both great to work with. I also had a chance to meet Elizabeth and she was wonderful as well. The next time I get a different car i'm just going to call Jose let him know what I need and let him do the rest! I had them order a couple of items for the car they were shipped to my home and Kevin even called back a couple of days later to make sure they had come and that they worked and fit like they should. What a GREAT dealership to work with! Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I love my new car! I had a very specific idea of exactly how I wanted my 2014 Malibu equipped and Jose really came through and got me the car of my dreams! He then went the extra mile and made sure I knew how to use all of the new features in my car and understood the warranty and maintenance plans. I feel confident that if I have any questions or concerns with my new car, he will gladly be there to assist me in the future.
