Was promised a fix on my transmission when I purchased it. Never happened. They patched the problem and I was told they had to order parts. Never heard back from them. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone. They also didn't disclose any details about the repairs they had done to patch the problem. They had the car for a month and this is where we now sit.

Absolutely the WORST vehicle buying/owning experience i've ever had! Had the vehicle less than a month and there are at least 9 different things wrong with it. Some of the cheapest, most basic things that could be done to make the vehicle better simply weren't done. What makes it worse is I found out I was lied to about some of the concerns I had before i bought it. I also tried to contact the dealership over a week ago and haven't heard anything from anyone. They masked what was wrong with it by clearing the warning lights and hoping it would stay off just long enough. It's pathetic that a 'reputable' dealership like Brandl would allow a vehicle like this to leave their lot in that condition.

Easy to work with. We were able to get financing even with bumps in our credit where other dealerships turned us down. Nick and Wes are very upfront and approachable. We are very satisfied with our experience overall and we'll be back to get another vehicle from them. Highly, highly recommend them. We were in and out under, I'd say, 3 hours start to finish.

Billy & his service staff were fabulous. I was very comfortable & at ease. They did everything to accommodate me. I was by myself when I bought it. They delivered it to me. Even with a light coming on they made sure my car was in perfect order. Would definitely recommend! PS. the cookies were delicious. I also love the cup.

My daughter and I went to Brandl Motors in St. Cloud to inquire about a vehicle for her. We worked with Ashley and she was amazing. While helping my daughter, Ashley was able to get me into a new vehicle. Her attitude and spunk made us feel like family. She was blunt and straight forward but in a polite and courteous manner. She was so fun and energetic.

I worked with a great salesman named Ashley! They have a diverse selection of used vehicles! It’s really nice that they let you take the vehicle you’re interested in to a mechanic of your choosing to give it a look over and put your mind at ease. We finally found a vehicle we liked that was a little out of our price range, but after the manager heard of my fathers long career in the military (who he whole-heartedly respects veterans) and his deployments overseas, and of my mothers long career as a nurse, he generously came down to a price we could afford and we got the papers signed and left with a great vehicle for a great price! Like the jingle says “ B-B-B- Buying from Brandl is Better!! Thanks so much for helping us find a vehicles amidst a pandemic and an awful market for buying vehicles! Everyone left with smiles on their faces!

We loved pur car and now our SUV. Great service and friendly. Knowledgeable workers as well. Always has a decent variety of vehicles to choose from. Has a seating area for waiting that offers some toys and books for kids as well as tv and water. I'd recommend : )
