I usually have a pleasant experience going to finish line as the manager always helps me out but on the 11th when I was in line one of the workers was yelling at the manager for a pair of shoes not being available. @finish line, why do you guys allow workers to cuss out hard working managers.

Once again, St.Cloud FINISHLINE had the Jordan 6 unc “gs” Fcfs, but did not have them on the wall for all customers nor did they do an in store raffle. According to FINISHLINE and JD Sports, there were supposed to be in-store raffles or sitting on the wall. FINISHLINE corporate need to do their due diligence and make sure pairs are actually being allocated to customers. Not just sold to who your so called "managers" see fit. I stood by and watched this go on.

The “store manager” is one of the worst kinds. He used to be an assistant. He backdoors and resells to resellers and I have the proof! He also resells to Urban Jungle in the Twin Cities. Releases are very seldomly available to us as customers. CHECK YOUR CAMERAS and computers if you need reference to what I wrote. This is unacceptable behavior!

Finish Line was an excellent store to go to you found exactly what you were looking for in the staff was excellent and helping you out there is no pushing towards anything for wanting you to buy more expensive items. We found exactly the shoes we were looking for. The staff there were excellent even when we are looking for a specific shoe and that you did not have her size they brought out different shoe and that fit, and they were excellent on bringing out about the same price range which was extremely helpful.

At least in between the workers talking to each other we got a hi.....with nobody else in the store at the time. Waited even 10 minutes before leaving. Seems like how it is Everytime going into this location, but what do I know I'm only a customer trying to get service to give money to this establishment...

This lady that worked there (I forgot her name) sold us a pair of shoes (Pink Adidas) — we were buying it for my boyfriend’s younger sister’s birthday, she wasn’t there with us to try on the shoe, but we had her on the phone — she said that this child’s shoe was a size 7 for women, and since my boyfriend’s little sister weren’t there to try it on, we were hesitant to buy it. But that lady said that if it did NOT work out, we could always RETURN it. So we bought it. Well it did not work out, it was a little too big for my boyfriend’s sister. So my boyfriend’s family tried to return it to another branch and that branch said that the soles of the shoes WERE NOT the original soles. So they couldn’t even return it and get his money back. So watch out and look at the soles of the shoes and make sure they’re the “original”, I guess.
