If you cannot find the shoes that you are looking for, you must not be at DSW. This store has pretty much every brand that you could possibly be looking for and all at reasonable prices. For the things that I could not, find all I had to do was ask and someone was more than willing to help me get there to them and tell me about the product. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable about what they were trying to sell.

More of a 3.5 rating. Can usually find a good deal here. Maybe not *every* visit but most. A huge selection and variety of shoes. Nearly every brand you can think of. The “deep” discounts are in back. Associates don’t really help customers too much. The ones ringing at registers are fine…on the floor not so much. The place is big and can get rather messy…mostly due to lazy customers. Just be sure you have both shoes the same size. Overall good location. Nice thing is if you don’t find what you want… there is a different shoe store just down the hall. But this is a first check for sure.

We don't go here very often but is a very nice mall. They updated the parking so makes it alot easier to find parking and know what's open. Alot of stories here and something new always opening.

I love DSW and this store is no exception. Clean and organized for the most part, except the clearance area had carts full of shoes in the main aisle. This made it impossible to access the clearance aisles.

Huge store. Great selections with several sizes to chose from. Also, Nice and helpful staff, always smiling and willing to help. Though it gets pretty busy during holidays and weekends, it's my 2nd favorite location. I prefer Maple Grove if I'm only going to this store. Parking at the mall sucks.
