The cashier, Rachel, was RUDE. You should only have to say no thank you one time when they ask you to join their perks program. And when I declined the program 3 times, her whole attitude changed and was extremely short and rude. I’ll buy online if I ever decide to buy Ugg again. The homeless man on the corner had more tact than that woman.

If you're a brown person, you will get watched as well as followed around and asked at least 3 times "if they can you find anything" SMH. I work hard in a professional field and am not a thief by any means. Very uncomfortable although i made 2 purchases that day not cool or comfortable.

After a mix up with an online order, I called the albertville ugg outlet store and spoke to a representative who was able to find me the exact pair of slippers I was looking for, in my size, and on sale. They were a limited edition slipper only available at an outlet store during this holiday season. Since I live two hours away, they offered to ship the slippers to me for only $5, and I received them the NEXT day! It was great customer service and they even sent a receipt in an envelope in case I needed to return. I appreciate the great service by all there!
