I am unhappy with your store service on Aug 29. This is a driveshaft off 1999 Chevy Silverado for Center Carrier Bearings. When I brought it in your shop, splines were in 100% perfect condition. Replacement part Anchor Brand 6063 does not bite, neither scratch the splines during slide on. I already tried. When I received the complete driveshaft from counter, I see these dents. I did not want to tell your people as I was too upset in words. I do not have to lie. ALL FACTS stated above. It truly hurts my feelings. I called but Mr. Rolland who I talked to denied the damage. I have to leave this review.

Went there this morning to have wheel bearings machine pressed out and a new set installed on my steering knuckle for my front wheel hub assembly. He called me not even an hour later that the work had been done and was ready for pick. Outstanding to be opened on a Saturday and to make my task priority. Simply exceptional

I took my LS 5.3 heads to get done here and did an excellent job, they did a valve and resurfaced the heads. Its been over a year and the truck is still running.

Took my car to have them fix a broken valve spring. They replaced the valve spring just fine. However they did not contact me before doing the work as I wanted all the valve springs replaced so it wouldn't happen again. When I went to get the car it was making a new ticking noise on the same side of the motor where the valve spring failed. They said it sounded like normal valve train noise and not to worry about it. When I got the car home I took the valve cover off myself and I saw that the rocker arm had broken and was the cause of the new noise. I wish they had offered to look at the car again before returning it to me as I drove it a few times and may have damaged the valve. I would not recommend this shop as they failed to offer to look at my car again.

Finding a reputable auto repair service in Alvin, TX is next to impossible! On the recommendation of a neighbor who had received great service there I drove in to Rolands with a non functioning AC. Immediate friendly service and explanation of what needed to be done. Three hours later I received a call at home that the car was ready for pickup.... I expected a day or two and a bill to break the bank. AC works as new at a reasonable charge and they even gave me a veterans discount which I never asked for or expected. After having bad prior dealings in times past with at least 5 other Alvin Auto Repair shops I can honestly say that Rolands's Precision Machine now has my business and my thanks...

I have had some very good service and dealings with them in the past on several items but I guess they no longer want my business or referrals. I brought in a leaf blower that wouldn't start. They told me it wasn't worth repairing and then actually charged me $35 calling it an inspection fee. I am sorry but that is ridiculous. Jesse James had gun and a horse when he was robbing people. I will be very leery of bringing or referring any business to them in the future and will recommend that you get written estimate for the work in advance.
