Ashlie Campbell which is a work at this location threatened me which is unprofessional and no acceptable. I come and spend my hard earned money in this store almost everyday. She is very loud always on her phone and do not greet with respect to customers that come in the store. I called the police and will take further action with law enforcement. I will not tolerate no one threatening me what so ever. I normally take matters into my own hands no anymore I'm a business owner and work 3 jobs so with that said I will not be treated like I don't spend or support this store. Especially a coworker basically saying she don't care this not her only job that's someone that don't need to work around peoplein the community. Matter fact threatened me 3 times and ran up on me in a threatening matter. I will not stop til justice is served. Heared how the General manager moved from Round Rock to this location and he was in the store never came to the front to see what's going on. I know you heard her cussing and threatening me. Had a witness that seen that. So you was also being unprofessional. Another thing she was calling people to come up to the job to do something to me. Justice will be served one way or another.

Some thief stole my handbag from my car trunk. It was an expensive one. Never never never go to this place or close to this place again. Be very careful!

The cashier was a man with glasses and as soon as I walked to the front door he was taking on the phone and arguing with somebody. I walk to the detergent and home care area and the glade sprays where in the far toller shelf I ask for his help and since he had to get a ladder he got mad and gave me attitude he gave me 2 bottles and when I ask for more he just put them a bit closer in te he shelf and told me that I could get them, when I was in line the lady I in front of me had some soda cases and she put one in the counter and he rudely said to her to take them all out, when my turn to pay came I started taking things out of the basket and I was going to use my coupons and he said that is only 1 coupon per transaction period no matter if it was digital or paper......clearly these people first they need to teach them customer service classes and secondly teach them company coupon policy because they don't know nothing. Definitely not going back to that Family dollar again.

I just had a baby all wanted to is get some long pads he told me to get out cause i parked in a handicap parking. I cant believe how rude he was to me. All i wanted to do is cry but i just walked away.

I would give them zero stars but my issue with this store is that they closed at least 10 mins early.

I get cleaning products here. I can also find vitamins and some medicines. This place is also good for cheap, last-minute gifts and stocking stuffers. When you're ready to check out, you might have to call out to someone in the back of the store, and you should never, EVER, buy anything to eat here (even the food in the cooler isn't healthy), but overall, Family Dollar is cost-effective and convenient.
