Bank of America is trash!! There are 16 people in line with only one teller open. Absolutely ridiculous!! Raise the amount you can get out of the ATM!!

This place is horrible. The decision to close drive thru service was one of the worst ever. Now you force everyone inside during the covid pandemic. Once inside there are never more than two tellers working and a lot of times just one. This results in long lines and waits. Recently they labeled one of the windows for commercial business with a separate line. Being a business customer I have used this line only to be ignored while they keep pulling customers from the regular line. If my company did not bank here I would never step foot in this horribly run place.

Why have banking appointments if you’re going to make them wait in line? Isn’t the point of an appointment so you don’t have to wait?

They take a very LONG time to get you to the window, cashiers that are doing nothing walking around and not helping when they see a long line and only two cashiers working, this is the same problem on all the BofA banks!! I don't bank with them but unfortunately they have my mortgage so I have to deal with this issue when I have to come to the bank and pay!

I have been banking with this bank for over 20 years and I seriously need to change banks after their horrible customer service. If your hours listed are 9-4 then they should be 9-4 not close early on a Friday because you want to leave early, I still had 15 minutes but they refused me service because they were closed but my watch said 3:45, hours listed said they close at 4pm!!! Do better Bank of America time to take my business elsewhere.

Wasted two weeks calling and running around to numerous other banks and credit unions. Just needed to open a simple bank IRA to do a partial rollover. Most places wanted me to make an appointment and / or drive 40 miles to get some complicated brokerage account with all the bells and whistles. I was rapidly running out of time to get this done and in the mail to TRS before they took away my birthday. Almost as an afterthought, I called. An actual person answered! She even said "yes" when I asked if they could do this. I gathered my paperwork and tore through the 1960 traffic to try to get there before closing time. Truly amazing! In a matter of minutes, Monique had everything done. Thank you Monique. You really saved my bacon.

I called this morning and spoke with an awesome representative or manager named Michael. He set up an appointment for me very quickly. I arrived a full day before my appointment so I called to see if I could get an earlier appointment and want greeted by Monique. Monique is wonderful! She was extremely helpful and informed me that although there were no open appointments to move me to, the store's traffic had slowed just enough that I could come right in. She handled my banking issues easily and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was also assisted by Stephen, who was so nice and informed me of other banking options I didn't even know I was being offered. Monique picked up where Stephen left off and gave me more information about the offer and helped me make the best informed decision. Thanks everyone at this location that helped me!

I went in to deposit my wrapped coins as usual and was "ordered" to fill out a deposit slip as soon as I entered their doors. And then when I approached the teller, she didn't know how to process the coin deposit. Really? This was a first. I had to wait for the other teller to handle the deposit while others behind me got serviced. After reading all the other reviews, I'm thinking of taking my safety deposit items and taking them to another bank. I tried to email my unpleasant experience, and guess what...manager's email account was unable to receive my email. How ironic.
