I messed up my own online pickup order and Eileen rectified my issue immediately during her crazy lunch hour rush. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. She made it possible so I wasn’t super late to my office meeting. She made my day :)

the lady who normally works at the bakery is absolutely disgusting with her attitude this isnt the first time we have had an issue with her she saw us waiting for someone to take our order and when we said excuse me she looked at us and walked by and did nothing and we walked out and still said nothing absolutely awful person find a new job if u cant do it when i called to speak to a manager i am 100% sure she didnt tell anyone. worst person ive ever come across

I love this location! Smaller than a lot I've been to, but everyone at the register are incredibly friendly! My husband and I have the Sip Club, and highly recommend! Food is normally correct, too! My husband or I (or both) are here almost every day, it's a cool place to go on a hot day after work, and a great place to take the kid sibling out on a date, too!

I went to Panera bread one morning to get my family breakfast. I ordered the 4 breakfast sandwich. When I got home I realized 2 of the breakfast sandwich didn’t have meat on them. So I called back and spoke to the manager Angelo. Angelo told me he would replace these two breakfast sandwiches. I went back a few days later and ordered my 2 breakfast sandwiches. One bacon for my wife and one sausage. I don’t eat pork. Also got my son a cinnamon roll before school. I should’ve checked my sandwich before I left but when I got home I realized they both had bacon on them. So now I have to go all the back to Panera and do this all over again. After I do this. This will be the last time Panera receives my service. Oh yea and the older lady at the counter and very rude. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. She definitely cursed at me. Only reason I’m going back is because I’m hungry and I didn’t have time to make breakfast this morning. I wish I give them no stars

We always order food the night before. Large family, lots of items. Some days they forget to include items in the order. Today they said they were out of souffles, and when I arrived at the store, two were on the counter. A different type than I ordered, but I accepted them as a replacement. We took them home to eat, and they were all liquid on the inside. Severely undercooked. Overall, you'll probably get a good experience, but always check that you received what you ordered, and the food is to the quality you expect.

Food is good quality when the orders are put together correctly. Have ordered multiple times for large corporate lunches and more often than not modifications are either ignored or the items are not included.

Doreen was amazing, super friendly, and treats everyone like she knows them for years. She has the kindest soul and engages with every customer on a personal level and you just don’t get that kind of customer experience anymore. She is amazing.

Came in to a bunch of people waiting to order but no one at the register. Everyone sees us waiting but finally a woman from the back came up to the register. Started ordering. Ordered Chicken goddess salad minus onions and egg due to allergies. Im told they don't have any avocado. I get my bag and get to the car and open the salad and...no tomatoes and an onion piece on my salad. I now have to go back in to get everything fixed. Wait in line again but this time their was someone at the register. The lady was pleasant and fixed my meal. This location usually is accommodating and makes mistakes but will atleast fix it.

Stopped by this Panera for a quick dinner. They didn't have the bread that was supposed to come with my sandwiches but I was offered alternatives instead. There's also a conference room within the establishment. Bathroom was kept very tidy and the dining area were kept clean as well.
