Do not Cash your scratch offs here! I turned in quite a few of our winners at the same time and the guy who rung it up said it was a less amount of money than what it really was. At first I questioned the amount and he didn’t say anything. I went on my way. I regularly come to this store too but after that I will not... I’ve heard of cashiers stealing but never thought I would encounter it especially here since I come so often.

I don’t know her name exactly but the old lady that works here is HORRIBLE! Always rude always talking down to customers. I don’t know why she’s in customer service. If you ask her a question she has an attitude. If you try and buy cigarettes and she asks for ID and you GIVE it to her she’ll question if it’s real. Please get rid of her!!

An awful experience at this location... When the employee tells me the customer "not to get smart" with him then the employee should be terminated for his rude comments... The customer should never have to verify if they have fuel or not as that's not the customers responsibility so if i the customer has to do that then why have an employee... Just because the company has changed names doesn't mean that the company is any better...

I used to like coming to this store for my coffee energy drinks, soda and water. But, not so much anymore. I had some drinks and was ready to pay for them. But when I approached the counter, there was an employee and a manager talking and neither of them helped me or another customer for about 5 minutes until they finally helped us, which I thought was ridiculous. Because of that experience, I probably will not return to this store much anymore. Good thing Kwik Trip is right next door!

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I walked up to the counter. The cashier nor the manager behind her greeted me. I stood there for 2 minutes before the cashier even acknowledged my presence. I was the only customer in the store. She still didn't speak, just stared at me as if to say "What do you want." I asked for cigarettes and gave her my ID. She scanned it. I reached my hand out for my ID. She then threw the ID down on the counter instead of putting it in my outstretched hand. She was very rude and disrespectful to me from the moment I stepped to the counter. The manager was standing there the entire time and witnessed this horrible service and didnt say a word. This happened at 8am in the morning. I could maybe understand if she'd had a bad or long day but she was this rude first thing in the morning. Needless to say, I won't be shopping there anymore. Which is really unfortunate because I go there often since its in my neighborhood. They've lost a loyal customer. Do better. Luckily there's a Kwik Trip across the street. They're always polite and friendly ☺
