We love Popeyes! Unfortunately the service is no good. I ordered via the app maybe 5 minutes before I got there. Went through the drive thru and had to wait even for beverages. They asked me to pull around front as the food would be a little bit longer. So I did. And waited 10 minutes before going in. Went in and was told it would be a couple minutes. 5 minutes later I was told it was almost done (2 chicken bites and 1 chicken strip) I asked why people in the drive through are getting their food but mine is taking so long she said they aren't. I said I've watched 2 people drive in after me, order and get their food and leave. She said we're short staffed. I said that doesn't explain new orders going out before mine. She said we're out of bites, they're ordering strips. I said why didn't anyone tell me that? I would have switched to strips. She said we have a new cook. So excuse after excuse. Not to mention the boy who was recording the workers and screaming while doing so when I walked in. It appeared to be one of the workers kids but can't be certain. I won't be in a hurry to return after this experience.

I ordered a 2 PC dark chicken meal with red beans and rice and 8pc chicken nuggets with buttermilk ranch. It was terrible. They forgot to give me my ranch for my nuggets. The biscuits was partially hard. The chicken tasted strictly of Grease. No other flavor whatsoever. It was the worst meal I have had in a long time. I would not recommend for anyone to go here.

I honestly don’t even know why I eat here still considering the experiences I’ve had. Probably cause of the chicken. But absolutely every time I’ve ordered I’m missing items or I have the wrong order. Just yesterday they gave me two receipts and both of them weren’t what I paid for or ordered along with… guess…. The wrong order. HIGHLY recommend checking your order right at the drive through or you’ll get cucked. Would also help if the staff spoke English and they could actually understand you….

I ordered the 3 piece chicken tender with mac and cheese and a frozen strawberry lemonade. The mac and cheese was disgusting. There had to be at least 1 table spoon of grease in it. The cheese was a gross coagulation. The frozen lemonade was not frozen the consistency of the drink made me think of a frozen drink that was left to melt for am hour. The chicken tenders were okay. I will not be giving Popeyes another chance. Not worth my money.

My wife and I stopped in St. Cloud and each ordered the Tackle Box with shrimp. My side was mac and cheese and my wife's was fries. The sales slip said cajun fries and the order was up so I asked for a Cole slaw and he wouldnt let me pay for them. But the fries were good with just a little spice, so when we left I paid for the Cole slaw because everything was so good. A little hard to understand the help.

In my opinion this fast food chain is ok the food I ordered which was the popcorn shrimp Cajun fries and a biscuit with a strawberry Sunkist was alright even with it being mildly spicy which I wasn't expecting the only two things I can knock this place on they were extremely slow 5-10 minute late getting me my food even tho I was the only one in the drive through at the time and a they could have asked if me if I wanted my food either mild or hot other then that I will try them again

I come here strictly as a service delivery driver to pickup orders. I used to take orders from here everytime I received one. This place is always empty when I come in to get orders. There's maybe one person in drive when I come but the restaurant is ALWAYS empty. I take these orders thinking they would come up relatively quick considering there isn't many customers, ever... But it's the opposite, and I don't even mean like they're having to start and make the food fresh. I arrive and usually 2-4 minutes someone comes to check-in with me and then they get to preparing the order. Mind you, it's supposed to be ready to pick up when I arrive. So within 8-16 minutes they will just be getting my order done after arrival. They play their own music loud in the back and take pictures of the food and selfies. I understand the work environment has got to be fun to make it worth working in.. but to stand there and watch everyone update their socials while I'm waiting to pick up an order for a customer... it's very disrespectful. This place is not delivery driver friendly, and I will no longer be accepting orders to deliver from here. Pathetic customer service.

Let's be honest, Popeyes is superior over Chick-fil-A but we got to admit Chick-fil-A does have better mac and cheese and better tea. The tea that I've gotten the past couple times at Popeyes has been very watered down and would hardly call it. Sweet tea but the chicken far superior Cajun fries are phenomenal. The slaw is pretty good. The mac and cheese is bearable but all that matters is the chicken

First time we weren't impressed with popeyes. The drive thru was getting their food faster than those of us inside. The couple in front of us ordered pretty much the same thing we did, but they got their food almost immediately. They ate their food and left before we got our food. Even worse was one of us got super hot fries and the others were cold. The employees are friendly and the food is mostly great, but stick to the drive thru for faster service.

I placed an order on the app which said in store pick up only. So i followed what it says and try to go inside. The doors had a sign which I proceeded to follow (which was barely visible due to it being placed on the outside of the door) Sign tells you to call the store for online orders. Restaurant picks up and than proceeds to tell me that you need to go through the drive through. Are you kidding me it’s -20 degrees out. Just no. Get food somewhere else.
