Came in right before close unknowingly and had amazing help from Josh. He got me into some work boots in a timely manner and also instructed me how to clean my boots and care for them. Would suggest going here if you are in need of boots jeans or anything that you need.

Overly crowded, not so friendly staff, and long check out wait time. Add in you can buy significantly cheaper else where, it is what it is. I'll go elsewhere with better staff.

Josh is the person who helped me. He was great to ask questions and describe what each boot was like. He let me try on each one he brought to me. Best of all there was no pressure to buy. I’ll be coming back. Thank you Josh for taking the time!

I absolutely love boot barn. I have been buying close and boots here for year. The sale person Michelle No.51851 out of St. Cloud is absolutely horrible. I have had to absolutely horrible experience with her. The other employees working are just gems. The deserve an award for putting up with her. I went back December 22nd 2021 to do an online return. A young nice lady tried to help me, but said I'm new. I apologize for the delay. I'm not sure how else to find your order. Michelle came and was rude from the start. She typed in my name wrong the first time. The second time my phone number was wrong. The third time the email. A line had started to form so I told her to help them first I'll come back. She was very snobby about that. The young nice lady came and apologize for her behavior. I said it's fine I just want to return the boots size they were to small. I'll wait tell the line goes down. I'll look at shoes for my kids. She smiled said I'm sorry again and helped about lady. When the line went down Michelle right away was being rude. She again couldn't fine my order. I took the pad and put in all my information. She said okay fine take it since you think your the employee. This time since it was correct the order came up. She was being a witch about it that the order came up. She returned the boots and put the money back on my card. If she would have stopped being so irritated and acting like I was the problem. Things would have gotten done fast and easier. My second bad experience with Michelle No. 51851 was today January 21, 2022. It was her and 2 young guys working. They said they all can do online returns, but managers can only do in store returns. She made 3 other people and I wait to do returns. While she continued to do the check out. The 2 young guys were waiting for her to move so they could take over. I said she did this last time we were here a month ago. Does she always do this? They said sadly yes. If this is how she always is then what's the point of having other people work if she won't allow them to do their jobs. Then for her to do the managers job, by walking away from check out to do the returns. Those 2 working gentlemen, myself, the 3 people behind me, and the checkout line waited 30 minutes. While one working gentleman helped other customers looking at products. Then the 2nd left as well since she wouldn't let him take over check out either. Again absolutely love boot barn and everything they sell. This one bad employee can make a mind changing decision on where to shop though. She's extremely rude and doesn't let the other employee's do their jobs.

Best service ever. Always clean and the young staff are always willing to help. The staff know what they are doing and help fing my jeans/boots/hats very easily and smoothly. Plenty of selection and I have size 14 to 15! Durangos and Justin are still the way to go for square toe or square toe steel toe. Not much for round toe but don't fit as well in my mind. Keep it up St. Cloud staff! Coming in to buy a new pair soon!
