Best cell phone store in Owatonna, Minnesota (MN) 2024

We received excellent customer service. Melina was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was very thorough in her explanations about the various plans and promotions. Left the store with a great new phone and a reduction in my bill. Thanks so much Melina ~Carol

Visiting this store was amazing the young man was able to help quickly and was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable...at the store that is....as far as Crickets over the phone they are the absolute worst I am EVER had to deal with in my whole life...long story short I sat on hold for over 6 hours on 2+ days trying to get my original service up And running...if I hadn't already paid and they wouldn't give me my money back, I was committed and couldn't afford to loose the money I spent I would have went elsewhere. So thank you to the young man who helped me...it will make paying my next month or service a little less painful. ~Melissa
