I don't even like going into these types of stores. I feel extremely ignorant in them. But today that changed. Their customer service was beyond five stars! The representative there asked if he could help. And it sounded as if he truly wanted to help. I explained my situation and what I had been advised on my research. He took what I had learned and refined it to my goals. It's because of him, I'll keep my shopping at the brick and mortar store again and again instead of online. It's great to have friends you trust and respect. Have no idea what the dude's name is. But great mentor in fitness, nutrition, and supplements.

A very Recent visit to this store proved as usual bad customer service. My wife went in first and I followed close to her but stopped to ask a question at the counter. The tall black haired lady appeared to have a “sour” face and disposition. When I started to ask the question she smartly remarked “you seem to know everything”! At that moment I realized there would be no kind of customer service here today. My wife was intent on buying some vitamins but when I briefed her on the front desk attitude, she stated that this is normal for this store and she tends to ignore it. I commented to my wife that perhaps we could order the product on Amazon. She agreed so we left the store without any comment from the cashier (?) of any sort. Perhaps she was having a bad day! Regardless we will no longer visit this store or any other of the Vitamin Shoppe stores in San Antonio.

Sylvia was pleasant and took time to answer my questions. From observing her interactions with other customers, you can tell she likes what she does. The shop itself is laid out nice. Items easy to find. So many vitamins/supplements, natural oils from which to choose.

The nicest staff! They waited for me to get there so I could get my products even though it was already a couple of mins after closing time. Best customer service I've recieved in a while. Would most definately recommend to anyone & will be shopping here again soon.

Love getting signed up with email. Getting disounts via email help. And they even have samples in the shoppe some times. The staff are very helpful. And when I asked questions over the phone before I went there, I was impressed they answered promptly, and courteously.
