This was worst pharmacy experience ever. If I was an owner of this store I would rebuild whole team. Worst customer service and gave me attitude when picking up prescription while I had bad infection and made me come back next day when they already had my prescription ready.

"Yeah, what's up?" YEAH, WHAT'S UP?! I don't know who you think you're serving, but we're your customers. We're not your friends, we're not your peers, we're people who work hard and are coming to spend our money on the service you provide. My normal experience with the CVS pharmacy is stellar. Sure, sometimes there's a wait but that's never really bothered me. Today, however; I had the rudest service I've ever had in my life from the CVS pharmacy. It was from the only guy working in the clinic at the time. I've met the male pharmacist before and he was incredible - today was someone else who I've never seen before. Rude - beyond rude. Almost confrontational. The kid with the large earrings and the nose piercing, needs to press pause on the attitude. Don't waive me on like some child, and don't speak to me like I'm an inconvenience to you. You're on the clock, and yes, earning your paycheck means interacting with customers and showing a modicum of respect. Look, I understand there can be extended wait times, I understand that there may be staffing challenges - no problem. But WHEN you show up, I expect you to bring your best self. Today, I received less than that. Please - I beg you - don't let this happen again. Today was a pass. Future infraction will result in escalation. Do better.

I had a manufacture coupon for a prescription medication my insurance did not pay for. The pharmacist refused to take the coupon. The coupon specifically stated it was for those without insurance OR for those whose insurance did not cover the medication. The pharmacist even had somewhat of an arrogant tone. So I moved all of my prescriptions to H‑E‑B pharmacy where they were more than willing to help me.

After yet another horrific experience at the Fair Oaks CVS I made my way to this locations pharmacy. They had the antibiotic in stock that I desperately needed. Staff was all very kind and the pharmacist Saraab alsaady went out of his way to fill it on the spot for me after I told him how upset I was with other location and their bad customer service. Really appreciated him filling so quickly when time was of the essence for my mastitis.

Its a CVS, for the most part they have everything you need. If you drop off a prescription like everywhere it takes some time to get it filled but better than the hour plus at HEB down the street.

I have been going to this pharmacy for years out of convenience. It is right across from my house. However, I have been increasingly disappointed with the service from this CVS. They hardly ever accept good RX coupons. There is always a LONG wait time on the phone and in the drive-thru. I wait at least 15 minutes on hold when I call the pharmacy. They are understaffed for the volume they receive. And the staff is not knowledgeable. For example; each staff will tell me different things about good RX being accepted or about the processing time for Covid tests. Unacceptable. It’s always a hassle. Avoid if possible.

you're better off driving further to another pharmacy. These people are rude, slow, and difficult to work with. In hind sight, I would have spent less time driving further to a more competently staffed pharmacy. My advice is just don't go.

I scheduled a COVID test at store #5872 and waited at the designated parking spot. I received a text from an unknown phone number stating "Please send confirmation code upon arrival". I asked the texter to identify themselves and they didn't. Then the nurse came to my door and asked me why I didn't send her the confirmation code and I said she didn't identify herself as CVS and the phone number wasn't even local. I get scams every day on my texts. Just that morning someone was trying to phish me with a confirmation number. She said she is not allowed to identify herself. She seemed frustrated and confused that I wouldn't give her the confirmation code when she texted the request, even after I explained why I didn't. There obviously needs to be some training on how CVS employees obtain confidential information. I gave her the confirmation code once she identified herself.

On hold for 36 minutes. Someone picked up quickly, then said, "there's six patients ahead of you" and placed me on hold for an incredibly long time. Overheard my doctor's office calling them while I was waiting, and they didn't even give them a chance to talk when calling from the doctor's line. UPDATE: They picked up after 40 minutes and immediately hung up. UPDATE AGAIN: Called back and was told there are now 9 patients in front of me. Management was unhelpful and unapologetic. My doctor already sent the prescription into a new pharmacy by now; I bet that I can pick up the prescription from a new pharmacy before they would ever get around to answering the phone.

8/10/2021 99% of the time I am very pleased with service in pharmacy and front of store. However at this visit on 8/10/21 they were having a bad day all around. Coupon center did not have any ink so got blank coupons, store staff said I have to call the 1-800# to have them reset my coupons, what a pain. One the shelf the CVS Health Triple Action Joint Health had a coupon that read buy one get one free. At the register it rang up BO get One 50% off. I went to get the coupon from the shelf, the clerk said it expired on 8/7/2021. Someone is not doing their job.
