9 Best drugstore in San Antonio, Texas (TX) 2025

I love these people. They are amazing. I have had bad experiences with walgreens and even worse ones with CVS. These people however are super friendly, use your name and offer you great service. I'm super grateful to have switch all my medication to this pharmacy. Highly recommend them. ~Brenda

First visit to the Minute Clinic and I’m impressed! Needed an antigen test for an upcoming cruise so I booked the appointment on line. The Nurse Practitioner, Mary very professional and genuinely nice. Results received in about 15 minutes. ~Allen

The employees are very rude and the place is always a mess and the prices on things are always wrong and when you ask them to correct them They even get more Upset this store means to be helped ~Megan

STORE needs alot OF maintenance . TRASHY Parking lot. Everything inside was jammed together and un organized . Employees very unpleasant and rude .HR or the owner needs to check this out. ~Google

This place is terrible better off at family dollar across the street , I’ve always been a customer until today I stepped in the store and the cashier mention that I am not allowed to carry my backpack in the store . He mentioned that I had to leave it in the front with him while I was shopping , I was hesitant because I had an expensive bag on and I had personal medical equipment on me and the cashier just wanted me to place it behind the counter . It seemed like he was the only worker there with a long line of people which made me very uncomfortable.. I didn’t like the fact that he called me out in front of everyone while other women had their bags with them . Didn’t make sense to me . If it’s really a big problem then turn everyone away with backpacks and see how many customers you will lose . So ridiculous ~AnnMarie

"Yeah, what's up?" YEAH, WHAT'S UP?! I don't know who you think you're serving, but we're your customers. We're not your friends, we're not your peers, we're people who work hard and are coming to spend our money on the service you provide. My normal experience with the CVS pharmacy is stellar. Sure, sometimes there's a wait but that's never really bothered me. Today, however; I had the rudest service I've ever had in my life from the CVS pharmacy. It was from the only guy working in the clinic at the time. I've met the male pharmacist before and he was incredible - today was someone else who I've never seen before. Rude - beyond rude. Almost confrontational. The kid with the large earrings and the nose piercing, needs to press pause on the attitude. Don't waive me on like some child, and don't speak to me like I'm an inconvenience to you. You're on the clock, and yes, earning your paycheck means interacting with customers and showing a modicum of respect. Look, I understand there can be extended wait times, I understand that there may be staffing challenges - no problem. But WHEN you show up, I expect you to bring your best self. Today, I received less than that. Please - I beg you - don't let this happen again. Today was a pass. Future infraction will result in escalation. Do better. ~Shoichiro

10/12/2022 @8:45pm. I visited the Walgreens on Zarzamora and Military Dr., the pharmacy technician was rude and helpless. I went through the drive thru window. I waited a very long time for one person ahead of me to get service. Once that customer left, I handed my prescription to the technician. She looked it up and handed it back to me and said it’s out of stock. What? It’s out of stock so she hands me the prescription back? I asked do other Walgreens have it? She said I can’t look right now, I have a line. What about ordering the prescription? So because you have a line, my prescription is worthless? Poor customer service. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with her service. Terrible service, I do hope someone at Walgreens pays attention to my review. If they’d like to continue to employ other technicians like that, then we can get our medications elsewhere. ~Silvia

My family and I from Arizona, visit this location often when we are in San Antonio. The service is very friendly and normally quick. One Cashier could tell that we were not from the area and built rapport with us. We haven't had any issues with snacks being out of stock. We purchase snack for our hotel stay.
