I love that this location is 24 hrs, however I went during the day and an employee by the name of, Quran, looked bothered to process my return. As it was, I barely got a greeting, but a gentleman she apparently knew who told her bye as he was leaving, got a huge smile from her and a cheerful send off. During my return I asked rather nicely if she would need the card I paid with and she just shrugged her shoulders. She then wrote in red marker all over the item being returned (which I thought could've waited) and mumbled the entire process of what she was doing to herself with again, the most annoyed look. As I was leaving, I barely got a "bye", but the older lady behind me got a nice greeting. I can't stand when an employee is selective about who gets good customer service. I won't return here again for sure.

had a flu shot and it was given to me way too high in the arm over a month ago and have been in pain ever since and is costing me lots of money to try and figure out exactly how bad it is, and have very little use of my arm . I am getting ready to have my MRI to see exactly how bad the damage is and Walgreens is giving me the run around on helping with the cost, i have been calling them for two weeks to see if they will help with the cost of all my dr bills from someone who could not give the shot correctly and all i get is someone will be calling me because they cannot give me anyone's number to call higher up to discuss this issue, or they tell me to call back next day if not hear anything.

Took 3 call back and 1.5 hours of my time to get a hold of the pharmacy. Was hung up on 3 times while waiting.

Put on hold; recording said 4 people ahead of me. Then 3, then 2, then 1...then 40mins of recording and then it simply hung up.

I came for a vaccine and have been here for almost an hour without receiving it. The woman at the front of extremely nice, but having only one person seems like a poor customer service choice considering how many people have come since I've been here.

My family and I from Arizona, visit this location often when we are in San Antonio. The service is very friendly and normally quick. One Cashier could tell that we were not from the area and built rapport with us. We haven't had any issues with snacks being out of stock. We purchase snack for our hotel stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs a quick shopping trip for snacks, health needs, etc. (Photo from Google)

I like that it's 24 hours but, the cashier's attitude was the pits. I inserted my debit card and she said I had it backwards. I told her I inserted the chip end of the card. She insisted I turn the car around. I did and I sorted it. She the got curt and said "here, can I do it" rather rudely. She took the card and flipped it over face down. I told her if she has said insert it face down, there would have been no problem. I think the cashier is upset because she's working late on Friday night or working overnight in Friday. I think she needs an attitude check I recommend skipping this Walgreens unless it's an emergency got some kind of health related item. Walgreens us high. Higher than HEB, Walmart, Big Lots, Dallas Tree, and Dollar General. They play that rewards card number game. Most times you buy one at the ridiculously high price and save on a second. Why not just lower the price and have it that price always. Walmart rarely has a sale unless on it's clearance. Why? They sell stuff fairly cheap to begin with. No games played. Skip Walgreens, especially this one!

I was helped at the pharmacy counter by Lisa and Christine. And they were Amazing! Very personable and made me feel like i went to my mom when I'm feeling sick :) The care about what they do and it shows! I will only be using this pharmacy from now on. Thank you Ms. Lisa and Ms. Christine!

I chose this location due to it being open 24/7/365. What I experienced was 24/7/365 drama and refill errors. Misbilling my insurance, poor customer service, and I complained to the corporate line and never received a response. Some of the pharmacy technicians are rude, nasty, and sarcastic. One told me she didn't care if I transferred my scrips elsewhere, so I did! And they seem to have hearing issues, I am visually disabled myself, but I have workplace modifications. Walgreens may need to consider installing phones with hearing amplifiers, because I have to repeat my information a million times. I don't have a speech impediment, nor do I stutter. But, I am 50 years old and I hear better, unless they have a hearing disability, what is the problem? Poor training or just not giving a sh*t. I was greatly inconvenienced many times and almost ended up in the ER! And they are also liars, my doctor did call my script in, but they kept saying he did not. My experience here makes me want to stop shopping at Walgreens altogether, and I pretty much have.
