First visit to the Minute Clinic and I’m impressed! Needed an antigen test for an upcoming cruise so I booked the appointment on line. The Nurse Practitioner, Mary very professional and genuinely nice. Results received in about 15 minutes.

Lisa the older cashier … was very rude and ugly to me when I came in to purchase an item . The self check said said closed .. no cash please , I assumed I could still use my debit .. she told me that is closed there’s a sign and she says rudely come here so I can check you out. I went over and I tell her the sign says closed no cash please and she rudely tells me then use it go ahead do it yourself. She then walks away . Then I said are you going to ring me up if not get someone who will She then tells me that’s what I thought . I could not believe her and how rude she was I will never return to this CVS again .

Tried to have some prescriptions transferred to their pharmacy and was told it would take 2 to 3 days to process the transfer......??? Either the guy I spoke to on the phone doesn't know what he's doing or CVS's computers are broken.

I have used this pharmacy for many years... They are very slow ALWAYS and the dark short, curly haired lady is always very rude.... but I let that slide. I have asked multiple times to be removed from auto refills on my prescriptions, still getting them texts every week over and over... let that slide too. When prescriptions needed approval, called the wrong doctor every time, so they declined them.... Still don't think they have it right...let that slide. Today was the last straw - I put in prescription last week before it expired, received the text that it was ready. Got there, nope not ready! Said it would be ready Tuesday 11/30, (not one word about expiration date). Stopped by at 8:15 Wed 12/01 to pick it up. Not ready, and has now has expired, so they refused to fill it even though it was requested prior to expiration. So not only did you not fill it when requested, but did not have it ready the day it should have been, now refuse to do it at all..... So done with the rudeness and incompetence!

False advertising at its finest. Puts products on shelf with wrong price underneath, then wants customer to pay full price at register. Gets testy when you point it out. Why not organize shelves with correct prices. Another come on is only price displayed is if you use cvs discount card, if not, you’re in for a shock!

The staff here are polite, responsible, and knowledgeable. I had to say this after reading comments made by chronic complainers. I was advised by a staff member to consider the CVS Care program. I did, joined, and have saved money. Last, as a senior, I usually don’t understand the discounts available to me; staff (at the two stores closest) are always patient to explain things. Thanks.

I went to this location to get covid tested today, and this young lady her name is BRIA helped me she was super friendly and nice This cvs location should be very happy with her and I think she deserves a raise she went out of her way to help me. So thank you again Bria for being such a bright star keep on shining.

I just called for a prescription refill. The connection wasn’t great on my end. It was hard to hear the staff or the pharmacist, whoever the lady was. I wasn’t sure if I had to call my doctor for the refill, I just wanted to confirm. She lost her patience and replied with a rude attitude: “Oh my God, we will etc...” My family and I have been using CVS Pharmacy for years and this CVS location specifically for 3 months. This is the first time I’ve had this ugly experience. I just got a very ill representation for CVS Pharmacy. If I were new to CVS, I would have wrongly judged the pharmacy over this poor impression.

I admit it...Just went in to break a $20... so I could have change to pay Via Trans.🤷 Sure didn't expect the friendly helpfulness that was lavished on me in true Texas style! LISA didn't give me that (I'm bored glance and obligated Hello) SHE DID NOT HAVE A LINE OF CUSTOMERS SO CAME OUT FROM AROUND THE REGISTER WITH A JOKE AND A SMILE AND REALLY ENJOYED PROVIDING SERVICE👍😉. By the time she was through helping me, I was able to buy a specific type of light weight thumb brace I have searched all over for, found a couple of gifts. She also took the time to explain that CVS has upgraded their Extra Bucks reward to their new CarePass program, saving me enough to comfortably pay for the brace and gifts. This employee multitasked and easily gave every customer the same EXCELLENT SERVICE! The gentleman standing beside her stayed busy the whole time. No one had to tell him what needed to be done and twice I observed him going to the back end of the store to find the desired item, saving time and energy for the elderly! HOPE MANAGEMENT SEES THIS CAUSE LISA HAS BEEN FAITHFULLY REPRESENTING YOUR COMPANY FOR ABOUT 8 YEARS! (hint! hint!)

I can't believe that this CVS has such a low rating! It's always so nice and clean and the people are always so helpful and nice! They always welcome me when I walk inside, and even being the pain in the tush like I am at the register, they never mind ringing out the way I need to! I normally do multiple transactions at the register because of the extra care bucks! They never seem to mind at all and they always ring me out perfectly! They have items for clearance all the time here too! I got the makeup I always buy for 75% off! Needless to say, I got 3... Lol! They take great care of their store and are far too wonderful and accommodating to have such a low score! I hate it when people have one minor inconvenience at a place and they go and leave a one star review! How would you like for someone to do that to you on a day that might not be your best? Anyways, I recommend this CVS because they are awesome! Oh ya! And they have an ATM in the front of the store too! Makes it super nice to pull out cash while I'm out running errands!
