We ordered my sons letterman on 11/16/2013 and it is now 2/5/2014 and we still don't have his jacket. He ordered late due to us being new to the school but it has been 10 weeks and we still don't have a jacket. I've called every week for the past 3 weeks and have had to leave a message, I spoke with a lady yesterday that was going to check on the status and call me back but I have not received that call and I called this morning and had to leave another message. Poor customer service
