Best sporting goods store in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

No employees to be found for Help. This is the third time I have went to this location and had to hunt form down someone for assistance. There was 2 employees at the front door they didn’t even greet my son and I. Football cleats, the selection was Very poor, we had to chose from only 4 different pairs. Wanted high tops. They only had 1 pair of high tops, the display a size 11. This was all the selection for kids and adults. I’m giving a second star only because the price was decent. ~Lauren

We ordered my sons letterman on 11/16/2013 and it is now 2/5/2014 and we still don't have his jacket. He ordered late due to us being new to the school but it has been 10 weeks and we still don't have a jacket. I've called every week for the past 3 weeks and have had to leave a message, I spoke with a lady yesterday that was going to check on the status and call me back but I have not received that call and I called this morning and had to leave another message. Poor customer service ~Heidi
