7 Best clothing store in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

If I could do a negative star I would.... I went to Cavender's in the early afternoon on Saturday to find boots and an outfit because my husband and I are celebrating our wedding anniversary by getting pictures done. So, my husband and I went into the store and as he was looking for shirts for our pictures he asked one of the employees if they had a different size and the employee did not even acknowledge that he was asking for some help. So, as this is going on I went over to the ladies boots to try on some boots I had an employee acknowledge that I was there and I told her that I needed some help picking out boots since these were my first boots. She told me yeah I will help you and that I will be right back and guess what she never showed back up and I am standing there getting upset because I did not know my size of boot. So, I am starting to walk out of the store and I see 3 store associates only folding clothes and not saying anything to customers and my husband saw them also on their phones and I saw the same employee that said she was going to help me on the register while the other 3 were not doing anything but talking to each other. I got so upset I decided to leave the store. I have customer service history that I have personally done and by far the employees at Cavender's showed me the worst customer service that I have ever seen. DO NOT SHOP HERE, but if you choose to get ready to be ignored if you need help with getting anything. I would go to a different western store. I will NEVER shop here ever after the experience I had from them. ~Jamie

No employees to be found for Help. This is the third time I have went to this location and had to hunt form down someone for assistance. There was 2 employees at the front door they didn’t even greet my son and I. Football cleats, the selection was Very poor, we had to chose from only 4 different pairs. Wanted high tops. They only had 1 pair of high tops, the display a size 11. This was all the selection for kids and adults. I’m giving a second star only because the price was decent. ~Lauren

They have lots of trendy and fashionable apparel for men and women. For example, their women's tops are plenty revealing, so you might be less inclined to shop here if you dress more conservatively. Aside from that, they have wide variety of pretty selections. My only gripe with the store is the price. Expect to spend more than $30+ per items. Aside from that, I would shop here if I am looking for casual attires to hang out with friends. ~Toolee

Nice comfortable clothes that fit well for mature women. Good service, clean and well lit dressing rooms. Sale prices cannot be beat! Can't wait to wear my new stylish tops. I always get compliments. ~Sharon

The store Ross Dress for less has clothing, shoes, bags, household items, and beauty care products. As the name suggests all the products are less expensive. The quality of product is very good considering the price. The good thing about the store is it remains open till 11.00 PM. The store is not very tidy probably due to huge customers. ~Riaj

awful they are never open the workers never work they are always outside smoking weed one of them was very musty and needed to shower I would not want my food being touched by that Lisa was very rude was screaming and cursing at me all because I asked a simple question the manager elizabeth is never there when I ask for her something don’t add up in my opinion this store is as dirty as the employees should be shut down walls are caving in from water and prices are never right they make you feel stupid when you say otherwise ~Lovely

The cashiers are really nice. Interesting merchandise but pricing seems high; however, I seem to not be able to leave the store without buying something 😊 ~Rob
