I've been here before and gave a good review but as I'm standing here there's 12 people in line and only 2 cashiers. Management should be helping out. Also Tinisha needs training in how to deal with customers. That's the rudest woman

Went here today May 23rd, 2020. VERY rude staff , so we didn't buy anything. Decent selection I guess . Wouldn't recommend.

I mean, it's a typical Ross. it's messy. the line can be long depending on the time you're there. I was told to check out and leave 10 minutes before close last time I was inside, which I don't really mind that, but I imagine there is a portion of the population that wouldn't take being told that very well. I'm just saying that their employees aren't like... going to be receiving any awards for their customer service skills. I have bought some good stuff here though. For example, some shoes. A few kitchen organizing bins for just a few bucks that at target or walmart, would have cost me 10x more. I haven't found anything worth while in the clothing section in a few years so I kinda skipped it last time. Oh, they did have a few cute pieces of furniture for very inexpensive, too.

My 83 year old Mom loves Ross and accidently left her phone at this store. The awesome staff held on to it until she realized where she left it! We picked it up and were so relieved and grateful to them for all their kindness, especially Jada! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

The store Ross Dress for less has clothing, shoes, bags, household items, and beauty care products. As the name suggests all the products are less expensive. The quality of product is very good considering the price. The good thing about the store is it remains open till 11.00 PM. The store is not very tidy probably due to huge customers.

Good place to shop. Best on week days during the daytime hours( open - 4pm). The prices are pretty reasonable for clothing and toys. Very seldom, can you catch a great price on shoes anymore. The other things like stationary supplies, kitchen utensils, and bath accessories are pretty cheaply priced.
