My first time coming to Nina's Jewelry, and I was very impressed at how they operate. I agree with the other reviews when they say they are nice and polite. I needed two watch batteries. One watch I was not sure they would have a battery for but they did. It took less than 10 minutes. Also I needed a necklace fixed, but I wanted a new chain. They had one that was perfect and durable, won't get kinks. They said it will be ready in 2 days. I must say my first time was great just like other people. I will be back not only to pick up my necklace, but also to make another purchase, they have some nice selections.

I love this store!! Everyone in the store is exceptional! I’ve always been welcomed when I’ve entered the store and the customer service is above and beyond! Their knowledge of jewelry is expansive! I’ve had gold and silver rings repaired there and they all look amazing!! I’ve bought numerous pieces from them as well! The best place for buying jewelry! The prices are very reasonable!! Great service!! I’m really impressed. Came to fix/replace the clasp on my necklace and ended up purchasing a ring and an earrings. The pieces are unique. Prices are really reasonable and they do layaway as well.

stopped by with my boyfriend to get 2 watches fitted and the owner was super nice As soon as we walked in he greeted us , you could tell he knew what he was doing . they were super fast , within 10 minutes both watches were done and he made sure they fit perfectly . All the staff made sure we were being helped and they were all amazing Super cheap as well , definitely recommend this place !!!! Will be coming back

This IS THE PLACE for your fine repair of your most precious jewelry belongings.!! I have been client since 6 years ago when I first took my fine watches for clean up,leather band and batteries change. The owner and the jewelry technician associates are very knowledgeable and courteous. Since then I have also brought friends and family there and the treatment and service are simply OUTSTANDING. I twice had to sell some of my gold and silver belongings and the prices given were simply unbeatable. You can trust these guys from beginning to end and expect to find a good and fine selection of goodies in all range of prices.

I love coming here and have been doing so for 10 plus years and they treat you like family. The owner is always smiling and greeting customers. The inside is lit up with so many beautiful jewelry selections from 10k all the way to 24k ! If you want are looking for EXCELLENT customer service and EXQUISITE jewelry this is the place!
