Don't understand day so you. It's five minutes till closing time and it's still night 9:45 p.m. it's a business and the store does that is open till 10 p.m. so why are they closing the doors before?

After all this time, finally decided to get the vaccine. We had already walked into one location and got turned away because they we too busy... so decided to try another location. We walked in at 7:05 maybe and the girl at the pharmacy tells me, no we can't give you the shot because we dnt do vaccines after 7pm. We asked why, she said because we close at 8pm and it takes us 15mins to fill out the paper work. Again I was disappointed and upset. Losing hope and changing my mind... maybe it's a sign that we shouldn't get the vaccine.

If you have to use the restroom avoid this place. They will only let you use it if you are a "paying customer". The store manager seems to be full of himself. It really tells a lot about how greedy this Walgreens is during times such as this that you won't let someone use the bathroom unless we give you our money!

Did a appointment for a COVID-19 rapid test and went the next day and they gave me the run around saying that they called me Which I never got a missed call from them that they could no give me a test after all

I had to put a star just to comment, otherwise I would not have been so generous. the pharmacist short skinny lady with black framed glasses and black shoulder length hair is very rude and refuses to verify insurance for my daughter and stated I had to call...she would not even take my daughters new insurance information, my daughter is with out her antibiotic medication until tomorrow because the pharmacist was in a power trip and refused to look up anything....never again walgreens!!!! I went to laurel hieghts pharmacy,compassion and common courtesy and they deliver...anyone who's tired of walgreens pharmacist/staff try Laurel hieghts pharmacy much nicer people!!

Went the other day, lady at window didn’t know what she was doing !!! Long story short my prescription wasn’t ready and they said it would be five minutes and they asked me to get back in line behind three cars and I said no!!! They said because they need to keep line going and I said then have prescriptions ready and know what your doing if you need to keep the line going!!!! So annoying!!!

This store is great, employees are great, only problem, which is a big problem. As soon as you pull up to park, theres always at least one street person asking for money. I just leave. God knows im a good person and i give my share, but cant give everybody.

Poor attention to detail. I came for a COVID test there and they forgot to put a label on the vile so my test was rejected. Now, I’m not going to get my results on time.

Worst wal-greens ever! Bad enough went to another one before that! Nobody had prescription filled ,they had it since the 1 of September and it was already the 4.They all played stupid blaming everyone else.Then the manager a ignorant Mexican tries to talk over us because they don't know crap.Never will go to that wal-greens again..
