I went in 4pm to get hair cut they say they was closed .. When called they said they close at 5 when called they said 5 pm and web site too . I I normally don’t use them. First time And drove all the way over there assuming that they were open and I walk in and the lady says that they’re closed and it was 4 PM when they had one person in the chair totally unprofessional and first impression learn my lesson I will not go there

The lack of public wifi at this Great Clips drives me insane, and I am on the verge of switching hair cutters because of it. The shop is located in a large section of Keene that gets little-to-no cell signal. Providing customers with wifi access, which is easily done at very little cost, should be a no-brainer for any business that has a waiting area for customers and those who accompany them. As a professional and a parent, I expect that I'll have an internet connection while I'm waiting at any business or office so I can use my time productively, writing emails or reading reports, or "unproductive," playing games on my phone. I understand that corporations don't want their employees abusing the availability of an internet connection in the workplace, but I would hope delivering a quality customer experience would come first. I used to work for a place where we had to keep our phones in lockers and only use them during breaks. Employees who violated the rules were spoken to and eventually fired. Video surveillance kept us honest. This Great Clips should do the same if management is concerned about employees spending too much time on their phones. I've been going to this Great Clips for about two years because the prices are low, the staff is professional, and the hair cuts are usually very good, if not always perfect. Unless Great Clips starts providing wifi access and helping me make the most of my work day, I will start going somewhere else that might cost more but where the staff will also be professional, the cuts consistently excellent, and the customers' needs in the waiting area respected.

Wish it were closer. 1.5 hours away. Great place to shop. Top quatily products, at consistently better prices than most other places.

Woman completely botched my sons hair. Looks like she used her teeth to cut it. My brother brought my son while I was working, they told the woman what he wanted (which was the Mohawk look & she refused to do the hair cut “because it’s cold outside”. Bangs are crooked and hair is all different sorts of lengths.. I don’t even cut hair but I could’ve done a better job than that! Would give 0 stars!

My non-binary kid was so impressed that the minute mentioned a name change, the staff went and updated computer and also that the minute I used "they," the staff member also pivoted on pronouns. All that and good haircut for good price! Service: Haircut

I went to get a simple trim and showed them the hair style I wanted, but the woman who did my hair cut my bangs way too short and I'm so embarrassed how it looks, but the moment I brought up how I felt, she got defensive saying it's what I asked for... it was definitely not! Ontop of that, she could of been gentler. Please have better trained hairdresser! Now i got to get my new ID I'll have for the next few years with an awful haircut. Service: Haircut

AWFUL experience both times I went in, almost ripped all my hair out by the roots and came home practically bald, would NOT recommend this business! I went in to get layers on my shoulder length hair and the hairdresser who cut my hair was so rough my hair roots actually hurt after I got home. I went back a few months later because I got a really good coupon in the mail for a haircut and wanted to give them another chance. This time I asked for a shaggy pixie cut. The hairdresser followed none of the instructions I gave her, I asked for my bangs to be eyebrow length and she cut FOUR extra inches off of them instead leaving me with baby bangs. They left me with almost NO HAIR, at least four inches shorter than I had asked for, something that will take months to grow into the cut I asked for to begin with. Service: Haircut
