Deceptive gas price sign. They changed the order on their sign and list the carwash price first at the top. None of the other Royal Farms have done this from what I've seen. Makes people think they're gas is $3.74/gallon.

The last 2 times I’ve went for food past 10pm, multiple items were forgotten, I waited over 30 minutes, and the employees look lost making the orders

10 years getting coffee there this location or closer to home location. Neither now serves sugar free creamer...sad...will have to check the next place.

This place is a joke order a 3 PC tender meal they don't have tender and ask for a sub. They said pick a great or a thigh ........ I say breast ....... So I check computer and a breast is way cheaper then tenders ...... Talk to the manager he says I will give you another breast ... Ok cool ..... Get the breast that were just cooked and they are slimy inside not even done inside ....... Go elsewhere this place should be out of business

If I could give 0 stars I would. I try to avoid this store at all cost. It’s dirty inside the bathrooms are never clean. I went here yesterday to get change to vacuum my car. I figured I could use the self check out machines and not have to deal with the rude staff. The self check out machines wasn’t working. I had employee Kevin whom was extremely rude and seems very miserable and unhappy at his job ring me out. I asked him for .50 back in quarters because I wanted to use the vacuums there. He at first almost shorted me my money. And then opens the register and hands me .50 in dimes after I asked twice for .50 in quarters! I then much later went back figuring maybe he would be gone for the day NOPE still there and rude as ever! I went in to buy lottery and nothing from the store so the lottery machine eats one of my scratch tickets I went and let Kevin know about the issue. He pretends to go around the corner and “let someone know” that the machine has eaten my ticket. So minutes go by and still no manager many people have came and went to that same machine. So I finally ask Kevin when a manager would be coming to assist me. He then tells me the manager is over cooking food. So I went over explained to the manager what happened and he tells Kevin to give me a dollar out of the register. So all that time no manager was coming to help me and Kevin left me standing there thinking that someone was going to come over and wasting my time! I am DEFINITELY calling corporate on Monday bright and early I work customer service and I would NEVER treat anyone the way this gentleman treated me. I will NEVER return back to your store! Won’t even buy your gas anymore!

The chicken they sell is actually quite good. Problem I have is with the poor quality high expense sides like a mashed potatoes. Which tasted artificial like not real potato which has been seasoned and mashed. Same with things like their dinner rolls, best to buy them off the shelf elsewhere. Otherwise, as far as fast food chicken only, would have given five stars, except one still has to deal with staff that are not real motivated, and sometimes will go out of their way to agitate you.

Ordered some chicken, went to pay, waited a good solid 2 mins and was not greeted by the cashier standing there, was not told, she would be right with me. Checked myself out. When my order number was called, I had 2 greasy boxes sitting on the counter, not in a bag. I asked for a bag, the kid behind the food counter said, give me a minute, with an attitude. When he 'handed' me the bag, never looked nor said anything. I said wow, great customer service and his response was, Thanks. Arrogant, is what I would call it and a lack of really wanting to be at his job. I get the chicken home to my father and he said it was the worst chicken ever. Will not be patronizing this Royal Farms again.

I used my card 11/07/2020 and got gas using my bank card at the pump which came to $23.25. I was unable to get a receipt from the pump because there was an error that the receipt machine was not working. I looked up my bank account information that evening and saw a $125 hold on my account. I spoke to 2 different Managers and the 1st manager said my money would be back in my account on Monday which is today and I spoke to a different manager today and she told me that it would be another 3 days before that money is put back into my account! I am extremely disgusted with the fact that I cannot call corporate as no one could give me a phone number and the fact that nobody warned me from your establishment this is something that could happen. I want my money Or I will file a lawsuit suing all of the Royal farms corporate! It's appalling to hear that this has happened to more than just me and it's a very large inconvenience when someone like me that is on social security disability. Because of this inconvenience I am not able to see my doctor from my appointment tomorrow or pay for parking because I don''t have any money in my account thanks to you people! Again I want my money!!! At this point you to reimburse me for my time, frustration and major inconvenience! People need to be warned that this is happening!
