Andrew accidentally bumped into my cargo carrier in a parking lot. He apologized and had a new cargo carrier shipped to my front door. The exact replacement. He is a man of his word. I would recommend anyone use his auto body shop.

I moved to the area after 43 years in another state and within two months wrecked my car. Having my own previous auto body repair experience of 25 years, but being in a new state I was forced to give my car to someone I did not know for the first time in my life. I was skeptical of course. I could not have been given better advice for where my car should go. Andy is a professional from start to finish. While my car ended up being unrepairable Andy was very pro active to make the transition to a new vehicle as smooth as possible. I also got to see his shop while there and his equipment is all top notch. If you want your car repaired properly and be given all the correct information through the process, J.W Smith Auto Body is where you should go. There are no shortcuts here. When my car was in an accident, Andy and his team put in their expert opinions into getting me an excellent and safe estimate for my car. In doing so, he made sure i wasn’t being shorted by my insurance company with the damages that were done in the accident. Andy put his own profits to the side to give me a safe repair. If you are in need of a honest and fair auto body shop, i highly recommend J.W. Smith’s.

This was the best auto body experience I've had in 20 years! Andy was able to restore my car to original condition after the collision damage. He identified and repaired pre-existing damage created by another shops incomplete repair from a previous accident. I will only take my cars to this shop in the future.

I want to give a huge shout out to J. W. Smith for helping me after my car wreck. Andrew and Shelby Smith are the best people I know! They walked me through step by step. I felt like the insurance company was trying to bully me and they were a huge help in moving forward. I am so glad to have the help and knowledge that they do to back me up. I would have been so lost without them. They towed my vehicle and had me in a rental in less than a day! I did not have to worry about finding a ride to work or going anywhere. First class service! Following an accident in which my automobile was totaled my brother, who is in the business but on a different coast, recommended J. W. Smith Auto Body, Inc. Specifically, I dealt with Andy Smith who was not only professional and customer focused but knew exactly how to deal with problem insurance. Granted, the shop was 2 1/2 hours from my home but so well worth the trip I would gladly have driven even farther. Andy was a true gem and went far above and beyond the call of duty not only in taking care of my vehicle but providing referral(s) to other individual(s) who could assist in the case at hand. I can not say enough good things about JW Smith Auto Body. Andy helped my family through a terrible situation. I was hit from behind by a mac truck and just figured that was the end of our van. I went with the preferred shop recommended by my insurance company and quickly realized I made a mistake. I called Andy and he agreed to take the vehicle. After some convincing to the insurance company I had the car moved to JW Smith and they got the van already torn apart. Not a good start for Andy and his crew but Andy was amazing through the entire process. He took his time explaining things to me and helped me through a very difficult situation and went above and beyond to make sure that our vehicle was returned to us in the best possible condition. It has been 5 months since our accident and Andy continues to check in with me to make sure things are good. I learned my lesson and will never use any other body shop no matter what the insurance company prefers. Thanks Andy!

I have used JW on two separate occasions and would never consider bringing my car anywhere else. The staff is friendly and professional. They are very quick to get your car in for an inspection and also the repair. Their rates are on par or lower than other places I took my car. Do not go anywhere!
