7 months ago I had a very negative experience at this store. Customer Relations responded to my review but do not be deceived: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WAS DONE. You get an email asking for details of your purchase and appointment. It's all there in their system then they leave it up to you to follow up with the store manager for a resolution at which point the manger will tell you to go back to Customer Relations. So you became a soccer ball until you're discouraged to take it further.

Service has went downhill. I remember a time when the team members would be excited to assist with helping finding products. My last visit wasn’t so good. No one on the floor that could assist the manager behind the register talking not ringing or helping but thankfully I was able to find all the items with a young lady who did leave the register to help.

Sephora was good, I just got an brow pencil, gel, definer, pricey however average pricing. No one asked if I needed help. I finally had to go to the counter for my question.

Needs improvement in helpfulness because there is none. Went in there today looking for vegan/‘clean’ clear eye brow gel and asked for help with a certain brand-an employee acknowledged me but then ignored me. I looked around for someone to help me but no one was physically available or didn’t look like they wanted to be bothered with so I just left then someone finally said, ‘have a good day!’ 🤬 will not return to this location

Today I went to this location because I bought my fiancé a perfume for our anniversary, and the 3 times she wore it, it gave her a migraine headache. When I tried to explain this to a sales associate, she said nothing could be done because it had been past 60 days. My fiancé hadn’t figured out that it was the perfume triggering her migraine until the 3rd time, which was this week. So I asked what I could do because it was a $125 perfume that she can’t wear. She said, that I could GIFT THE PERFUME TO SOMEONE ELSE. (That I should essentially give my fiancés anniversary gift to someone else.) Then she said we should “keep it as decoration” I could not roll my eyes hard enough at that. And then she tried to explain to us the compositions of fragrances and how notes affect people differently. I’m well aware of all of this and that wasn’t helpful at all. The original order I placed with that fragrance in it, was $1670.52. The amount it has cost me to learn not to ever purchase fragrance with Sephora, $125. I’ll continue to purchase my fragrances at ulta. Oh and the girl trying to give me a lesson on fragrance (laughable) her eyebrows looked CRAZY. It took everything in me not to tell her about herself.

Staff seemed extremely overworked, however I admired how hard they were working while all employees maintained a positive attitude. If I could have popped on a headset to help them I would have. I applaud them all. I wish they had more support.

I really like the Sephora. I have a very basic make up routine. So I decided to go in one day and get some advice on make up. I did not get some advice. I got a full tutorial and lesson on how to do a full face of make up. The girl in there helped me and was so kind. She didn’t pressure me to buy anything and she gave lots of suggestions and let me try a lot of different things. I did end up getting a lot of things and I love my new make up routine. Highly recommended these girls are great.

This is my favorite Sephora. Everyone who works there a super nice and super helpful. They always give me great advice and tips and tricks on make up and skin care. And they always have what I need in stock. It’s always clean and they were definitely serious about sanitation and cleanliness. Love this location.
