If I could give this place negative 0 I would they are very unprofessional I arrived to pick up my prescription at 1:28 the young lady started that the pharmacy is closed I said you are aware that it's 1:28 & not 1:30 I was completely ignored and they had to wait for a gentleman to come back to pay for his prescription there is no customer service at this store they completely disregard all customer will allow the phone to ring for hours and will not answer the drive thru has been out of order for months the pharmacist doesn't not have any control over the staff very unprofessional

Very nice employee buy only 1 person working on a Saturday afternoon. I was trying to get 2x2 photos, and the photo printer needed new ribbon and employee said she was not able to do anything.

I visit tgis location often and there's always a wait. Today I was in the pharmacy twice and on my second trip the cashier got into a heated argument with a customer, then the pharmacist. Everyone was yelling and screaming. The cashier Journey had to be escorted out by the store manager. The pharmacist Allah continued to yell at the other staff, then threw my prescription at me and walked away.

Worst pharmacy in Baltimore. They do not answer calls, if you attempt to speak to management, they give you the run around. So if you’re no longer in that area and a prescription is accidentally sent there, you are out of luck. They will not answer. I was on hold for over an hour and they never picked up.

This pharmacy is completely disorganized. No one picks up the phone. As it rang, I walked into the store and no one was attempting to pick up the phone. Boxes are everywhere and some techs seemed genuinely confused. My order was non essential, but if it was, I would double and triple check my medication upon leaving this location. Luckily this isn’t my primary pharmacy. Additionally, I was not here for any type of vaccine, but I definitely wouldn’t consider this location. The same medical waste box and Medical disposables were displayed even the next day. Photo taken a 9 am right when the pharmacy opened. I’m No healthcare professional but it Doesn’t seem sanitary IMO. I wouldn’t want any type of vaccine with a box of used gloves and old needles next to me .

I had a CVS script I requested for refill. I asked that my Good RX coupon be used to save $20+ on the original script. The pharmacist said he would and then proceeded to bill me for the original price instead of theGood RX price. I transferred the script to the Walgreens across the street. Their price with GoodR RX coupon was $30 cheaper than CVS cost. Shame on you CVS! I will NEVER shop there again.

This pharmacy never answers the phone because they don’t know how to deliver good customer service. At least pick up the calls to let the customer know they have been acknowledged and someone will be with them shortly. I noticed when I’m standing in line; nobody even attempts to pick up the phone. The medical assistant at My doctor’s office has told me to use a different location because the staff is incompetent, rude and show no empathy towards people that are trying to get their medications so they can feel better.

After going through CVS website to schedule a booster, entering all the info, the survey, they approved then minute later text and email a cancel. Either website is bad or pharmacy inventory is wrong. If they can't maintain a computer inventory, do you think they can maintain safe clean medical conditions?

Husband and I scheduled our booster vaccines weeks in advance, got a confirmation the day before. 4 hours before the appointment they cancel both. I called the covid line and they said they had no idea why it was canceled. Called the pharmacy, sat on hold for 40 minutes.. scheduled my appointment with giant next door and never coming back. No reason for cancellation was ever given

Came to CVS it was a young lady working in self checkout she was helpful to everyone but me don’t know why. The manager which was a younger male had a huge attitude problem he was huffing sucking his teeth because I asked him to ring me up because self checkout wasn’t working . I asked why he having a attitude he said because things won’t scan the young lady and the manager started laughing as if me telling them they had attitude was funny so that’s when I asked was he the manager and he said yes. CVS is needs to do better .
