Today I got my haircut and I am so impressed how Ashley did it. She asked me how I wanted my hair cut my reply was how long have you been cutting hair she said over 12 years. I said ok I am a blank canvas do what you think looks good. Asked me a few questions and on she went. She was personable friendly and this is one of the best haircuts I have gotten. I can’t say enough on how impressed I was. I did find a new hair stylist and her name is Ashley. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish I could give her 10 stars. Service: Haircut

I am in no way shape or form a karen but the experience my partner and brother had with this location frustrates me. Now granted they did go in 15 minutes before closing, but to be fair it was a little boys haircut and he really needed his hair cut before school. I’m not sure what her name was but when they had gone in there they had told her it was just a kids haircut, she had said and i quote “16 minutes before closing oh great” my partner proceeds to say yea sorry just a quick hair cut. she then again says “16 minutes before closing?”. My partner was going to compensate having going in so soon before closing because he did feel bad, but she gave insane attitude, and left my brother covered in hair. wasn’t pleased.

She left chunks that are long next to chunks that are short. She did layers on the front quarter of my head and nowhere else. One side is 2 inches longer. She She barely wet my hair and didn't separate any sections when she cut. It's so bad I cried. Service: Haircut

Went to supercuts because the place I normally go (went) to was very busy and had 90 minutes plus to wait I have gone back there now for the past 4 haircuts because after the first supercuts haircut coming out perfect, I thought I'd try again, everyone there that has done my hair in my opinion knows what they're doing because I have never had a bad haircut from them and I have never had to come back home and refix what they did......

I went in for a hair cut staff was so friendly. The hair dresser chatted with me the whole time and made me feel comfortable. She did an amazing job and I love how she did my hair. She even gave me some suggestions on how I could style it which was super helpful.

I did call ahead for 11AM today. I got there 15 minutes early incase I could get in early but they had a few people waiting. Three people came in after me ...all after 11am as I sat waiting. Two of them got called ahead of me and at that point it was 11:15. I didn't wait around to see if the other person would go ahead of me nor did I complain. I just walked out a bit frustrated. When I don't call ahead I get in but when I do I get bypassed? What a joke! Will never use Supercuts again.

Two women RIPPED my hair out!! I am so mad! I paid them $50 to have a hurt sculpt. Absolutely ridiculous, never going back.

Usually a long wait, def need to make an appt but welcome to the world post Covid. I brought my son for his second hair cut and he’s 2 years old. The woman was so kind and personable. It came out great which is awesome because his first hair cut at a different place was absolutely bad
