Employee made sure I had a great experience had left upset because of the policies they have. Since I paid with PayPal and one of the items was out of stock. Great customer service from the female employee was able to still give me everything I needed quickly.

The manager, Claire was amazing when we visited this store on January 21. She really new her stuff and was patient with our concerns. Her customer service skills are just phenomenal and off the chart. Her support staff was also amazing. Thanks, Claire, for such a great experience.
