Had a great experience with this location. Our daughter has been wanting an electric guitar and since she's a beginner, we had no idea what to look for or where to start. The store was very busy and there weren't very many sales representatives, but the gentleman who helped us, Josh, managed the chaos very well and still managed to be very helpful to our family and give us ALL the information we needed. We walked away with a new Amp and guitar. Our daughter was ecstatic and you could see how much Josh was pleased to see another happy customer. Definitely recommend this location.

It could've been a lot better. The associate that assisted us was kind, but did not communicate very well during the money transaction. I made a purchase for over $550 that should've been tax exempt, but he didn't ring it up that way. I had to return, wait in line again, and he said he then had to cancel the order and resubmit it. I used my card for the first purchase and then he needed me to run my card AGAIN for an additional $550+ before the refund has even hit my account! Here I am a week later and I still haven't received my refund! Very frustrating!

Got some guitar picks and great recommendations at the end! Was checked on periodically while we roamed the store and made me feel inclined to make sure I got something before I got done! Got a great tutorial music book. Awesome friendly people working here

Store is big and has everything for music you could think of but, staff only really caters to the guitar section. If you are going to buy something other than guitar stuff be prepared to be there for a long time.

By far the worst Guitar Center Ive been in. The store disorganized, housekeeping never done, andreally no inventory. Oh, customer service totally sucks. Everything I see reflects on the store manager, if they have one. Why is the drum section closed?

Well went into store looking to buy whole PA system. No one greeted us. Was in store about 20 min. Started to test out diff. Speakers. Roughly (10sec) per speaker to hear differences. Another group if guys came in store behind us and were doing the same thing. Lady came to us told us not to play music because headquarters said we can not test speakers anymore.. asked her why are they even hooked up. No response told her if we can not test the speakers before dropping $2000 on a pair then we will not be purchasing from them

Bought a new mic and they took very good care of me. They always do. I always have a great time and great service at every guitar center I go to. They just always have great people working. People who obviously share the same interests as the customers.

Do NOT order store pick up & expect same day pick up or even second day pick up. (which defeats the whole purpose of store pickup). Ordered a guitar online for store pick up to secure my purchase so i can quickly pick up my guitar at the store to make this transaction as quickly as possible. Called the store & the rep advised me it would not be ready until Monday today is Saturday. Keep in mind my guitar is literally at the store and its paid for. I asked why he said thats the way the policy is they cant just grab my guitar that Ive paid for until its "scanned in". The team who scans it in wont be there until Monday. He then advised me i can cancel my online order and just pay for it in store, which makes absolutely no sense since it is already paid for and at that point you are giving yourself double the work for a policy that makes no sense. Writing this review strictly for someone who might be thinking let me do store pick up for the convenience factor when in reality it is a much bigger hassle.

This store has a plethora of musical instruments and accoutrements. I get a kick out of just looking around. The staff was easy to talk to (I had a lot of dumb questions) they were friendly too, not just because they were sales people, but they are just into people personally. I retired recently and thought I'd take up the guitar. So far I bought an inexpensive guitar, a guitar stand, a cool guitar strap and some cables and attachments. I might have G.A.S. but I trust them to take care of me.
