Best music store in San Antonio, Texas (TX) 2024

I've been to this location a few times. They've changed the layout of the store a bit, from what I remember about this location. The staff are nice. They ask if you need help with anything. I would visit this location if I want a computer part today and not later. I do recommend checking parts inventory online. On the other hand, part inventory could take a while to update BestBuy's website.. Best buy change their floor layout from time to time. ~Mike

Great shop and great staff! I called to see if they could order a RSD vinyl in and they only got ONE in, so they held it for me. I was in touch multiple times over a week and they were on top of getting that record in. They were super nice to talk to in shop as well. Definitely a hidden gem with other cool finds in store too! ~Kelly

Had a great experience with this location. Our daughter has been wanting an electric guitar and since she's a beginner, we had no idea what to look for or where to start. The store was very busy and there weren't very many sales representatives, but the gentleman who helped us, Josh, managed the chaos very well and still managed to be very helpful to our family and give us ALL the information we needed. We walked away with a new Amp and guitar. Our daughter was ecstatic and you could see how much Josh was pleased to see another happy customer. Definitely recommend this location. ~Matthew
