Excellent food. Nice place to eat lunch after a day trip out to the Hill Country. Very friendly staff and great menu selection. I highly recommend getting there when they open because they fill up quick. Parking is limited in front of the restaurant but I believe there is more parking on the side. Must check out if you like seafood and are in Marble Falls.

Excellent Seafood. The Seafood is very fresh. A friend and I ordered a Seafood Platter. The Shrimp were a pretty good size, along with the Trout Fillets, Soft Shell Crab 🦀, and Oysters. Overall the meal was great and Our Waitress (Lisa), kept checking with us to ask if We were enjoying Our meal and She kept Our drinks 🥤 filled. The Men's Restroom 🚻 was very clean. Will visit this location again... 😁😁😁. The Ratt in the Texas Hill Country. 🐭🐭🐭😁😁

As another person mentioned the gumbo-esque Cajun pasta-whatever-it-is is not a very good dish. Very little pasta and the sauce was way thick with globs of starchy little balls in it. Basically a waste of shrimp and crawdads. I'm actually glad they forgot to put any crab in it. The pieces of bread might as well have been bricks. Would not recommend. The burgers looked good and I scavenged some fried fish from my lady's plate which was pretty good. Seating was packed and I'm surprised they didn't disperse patrons more evenly considering the dining room on the other side of the wall was empty. The oysters were very crunchy like maybe they don't clean up the outside a little befor they split them. Place is almost nice but personally not a fan.

The dining room was relatively open when we got there on a Sunday, but quickly filled up with the lunchtime crowd. Drinks from the bar seemed to take a little longer than they should, but it got busy quickly. It's a good spot for lunch, plenty of seating with options for larger parties.

What a weird experience this was. The place was packed on a Friday night but we were seated right away. We were hungry after a day of wine tasting and both ordered the same dish: Baffin Bay Cajun Noodles. Waitress: ""Do you want to just get one and share? I mean, it's kind of big." Um, okay. The dish came approximately 5 minutes later, leaving me to believe that it is basically a gumbo kept in a pot. It was supposed to have crawfish, shrimp, and crab. The noodles were swimming in sauce. It came with two tiny, two-bite pieces of bread for dipping. I commented to the waitress that I saw nothing but crawfish. Where's the shrimp and crab? She stared at the dish for a while and then proclaimed, "I see a shrimp!" One shrimp. Then she walked away. When she returned, we mentioned that we could use a couple more pieces of bread to sop up the heavy broth. She said, "Yeah that would be a great idea for them to give more bread with this dish." Then she brought us our check. We talked about going elsewhere to eat some more, as neither of us got our fill, but decided to just call it a day. So incredibly strange. I would not return.

Update : after a few visits, based on how much the local community loves this place, I have learned to stick with the fried food. It has become one of my favorite places in the Highland Lakes area. The shrimp and trout steal the show for entrees. Pepper jack hush puppies are a unique twist on a classic. And the margaritas are some of the best in the area. The food is great if the right choices are made. The experience can be challenging based on the hit or miss staff. Previous review: Everything about this was bad. The staff was uninformed or uninterested, probably a combination of both. And based on my experience, it starts with the owner and management. To be fair, the vegetables were fresh so I will give credit for that. I will also acknowledge that I requested to sit on the patio and I was the only person on the patio. I arrived last Saturday afternoon at a time that it was not exceptionally busy and there was adequate staffing. I waited 10 minutes or so for my server. She took my order and repeated it to me. I asked for the wifi password, she said she would have to find out what it is. About 20 minutes later she returned with the wrong order and no password. She said she would have my order corrected. I explained that the WiFi password is important to me because I needed to download documents. Another 15-20 minutes, she returned with the correct order but no password. The shrimp on my order was supposed to be grilled and was not but I was going to let it slide. The food was completely without character or flavor. I just wanted to eat and leave as quickly as possible by then. She stepped back out and gave me the incorrect password and my check. I was billed for a full po’boy instead of a half po’boy that I ordered. My waitress had stepped back in before I could let her know. Fed up with it all, I called the restaurant and asked for the manager instead of waiting for my server again. He apologized and said he would have to call another manager on the phone. I told him I didn’t want anything comped, I just wanted to be billed correctly. He also said he didn’t know what she had rang up or why she didn’t ask him for the password. He explained that their system was complicated. When he returned from correcting my bill, he asked for my phone number so the owner could call me. It has been 8 days with no follow up. I noticed that my Map records showed I was there for over an hour ordering a sandwich and dealing with incompetence and excuses for mediocre food. Never again.

I won a gift card here so I thought I'd give it a try this past weekend. That was my first time trying fried alligator and it was really good! The cocktail sauce paired well with it. I also ordered the avocado salad and the server said it was a smaller portion, which is why it only had two of the three shrimp, but it wasn't fully a half-sized portion? I got charged the full price so I was a little confused by that, but I went with it. The two main reasons I didn't make this five stars is due to my wait (someone seated me but no one knew I was there) and my bill getting jumbled. They charged my card the full amount plus a 10% tip AND took the gift card amount. Apparently, someone else's order was applied to mine. They have since corrected it, but that was an interesting situation for sure. I do plan to visit again to try out other options.

Absolutely delicious! Great service, fast and friendly. Super clean also. We had the Fried Crawfish appetizer, Shrimp Poboy and Avocado salad with Mahi Mahi and lemon vinaigrette.

Great seafood. Service was excellent and quick. Staff were very polite and courteous. Place was busy when we were there and they had enough wait staff to handle it. Great. Parking is convenient; with parking out front, back and on the side.
