I won a gift card here so I thought I'd give it a try this past weekend. That was my first time trying fried alligator and it was really good! The cocktail sauce paired well with it. I also ordered the avocado salad and the server said it was a smaller portion, which is why it only had two of the three shrimp, but it wasn't fully a half-sized portion? I got charged the full price so I was a little confused by that, but I went with it. The two main reasons I didn't make this five stars is due to my wait (someone seated me but no one knew I was there) and my bill getting jumbled. They charged my card the full amount plus a 10% tip AND took the gift card amount. Apparently, someone else's order was applied to mine. They have since corrected it, but that was an interesting situation for sure. I do plan to visit again to try out other options. ~Mary

Very rude customer service! They were locking the doors before it was even time to close and told you you couldn’t come in and then when you try to tell them that it wasn’t 10 o’clock yet they threw attitude at you and finally open the door! ~Stephanie
