They gave me a price to fix multiple cars they finished one and they guy who gave it to me had moved on and was the only one who knew what he was doing they kept it for months longer than told and then I got it back and roof leaked and car was backfiring and way to many more problems. They replaced the top and still terrible and then charged me again for it. I had to immediately put back in a shop and would not take it back as it was shoddy work. It still drains battery from when they fixed and been replaced 3 times. Lots of items were not done and still not done and charged me the price for both of them for the first car. Second car has been there for months and owner kept texting me next Friday it would be ready. Little did I know next friday would never come! I told them I was going to pick up car so they come up with a bunch of bills for the car they didn’t repair and has been in another shop. It’s been a joke! Don’t take your car there! They can’t fix the one left I have there and sent a third car off to other subcontractor companies and now I have to go find it in many different places as parts are all over the place. These are super nice classic cars! They should stick to oil changes and ripping people off with easier work!

Always take my vehicles here for inspections and maintenance. Great staff, knowledgeable and friendly techs, and competitive pricing. They also do inspections on motorcycles. Just be aware that they now require reservations to do work. This started almost a year ago.

Dropped off BMW to get A/C looked at for 4 days. I was told my part could only be ordered from BMW in Germany. Called one place in Austin and the part was easily found/available. Also got home to see I have a deep scratch/dent as it looks like someone backed into my vehicle that was not there before (from parked in their very small lot or employee backed into something) I had very high hopes as the place looked reliable but my experience says if you have a BMW go to Austin it’s the only place you can get what you need. Service: Air conditioning

If I could give them 100 stars I would. These guys were amazing! I went in with a flat, but they didn't have a tire to fit my car. I had to call another tire place, and these guys were so concerned I might not make it there, they offered to take me. I had some other issues with my car, and they took care of them right away. I will recommend this business to everyone I meet. Very nice and caring employees, which is rare these days. I will always go to Alan's Wrench. You should too.

This place is great. They have fixed my pickup truck a couple of times. They were very reasonable and had great customer service. I would not take my vehicles to any other place. They always make you feel at ease and are willing to help any way they can. This is the place I tell anyone to go to in the area if they need a mechanic. Even today I advised my brother to take car down there today to go get it fixed.

Went in with a coupon for oil change for 50% discount. They were a little late in delivering on time so they gave another discount in addition to 50% off. Would give 5 stars but they left back of under engine splash guard hanging:( I will go back. Waiting for quote for some more work. Thank you. Service: Oil change

Stopped by for information on repairing issues with my vehicle on a Thursday. I was greeted with courtesy, smiles, great information, suggestions, as well as what to expect on procedure & pricing. Took my vehicle in Friday morning for repairs with amazing results by early afternoon. Could not be more pleased with the work and friendliness of these fine folks!! Highly recommend their work!

The most honest, knowledgeable and courteous mechanic shop I’ve ever been to in 50 years of driving‼️ I’m in the transportation business and must keep my car impeccably maintained. I was told I needed a break job and was quoted ridiculously high prices from competitors sight unseen, yet when I took it to Allen’s they took the time to thoroughly inspect my brake system and explained what was happening and I didn’t need to do a thing at the moment, and they would monitor it monthly when I had my oil changed and then inform me when we needed to take action. They, like so many mechanics, could have sold me a $5-600 bill of goods and I would have never known the difference. I’ll never use anyone but Allen’s again.

While traveling, my car had been parked resting on a rock by a valet for several days. I only knew this when I went to make the 4 hour ride home! I pulled into Alan's Wrench (soon to be named Grease Monkey) and the staff took the time to assess my issue and get me rolling. I remain grateful for the professionalism and have spoken highly of them because they personify solid customer service, prompt courteous service and no rip off tactics. Give this garage a chance, they are worth the stop.
