They have never once gotten my order right, 3. Today I hate in. 3 people that used the drive through had to come I side because their orders were wrong. Simple basic orders. Chicken is fine...small pieces.

The food was pretty good. But I was driving thru to take home about 15 miles from my house. I ordered 2 pies and asked for napkins. I got neither and did not realize it until I got home. Should have known to check the order more thoroughly.

My son wanted to have his birthday at Popeyes, it is his favorite restaurant. The staff was so nice and they even came out to sing happy birthday. Couldn’t ask for better service.

PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE, QUALITY AND FRESH FOOD. WILL NOT HAPPEN HERE!!!!!!! I wish I had the pictures to show what they actually tried to sell me and had the audacity to tell me to pull up and wait for fresh food so as it doesn't affect their timer ratings. PATHETIC MANAGER AND FOOD SERVICE... YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!

2 classic chicken sandwiches, large fry and large sweet tea. So 15 minutes for them to take our order at the drive thru. We paid and only received 1 sandwich, frys and drink. Asked where's the other sandwich, sorry about that handed the 2nd sandwich. We live 2 miles from the store. Got home the frys were cold the sweet tea tasted like sugar water and the sandwiches not sure if it was a disgruntled employee or what but I do not like spicy food and these sandwiches had some of the hottest sauce that we've ever tasted. If we wanted spicy sandwiches we would of ordered them but we didn't. And to make it all better my wife called the manager to see if they would fix their error and the woman got extremely irrational with my wife on the phone yelling at her. My wife had to hang up. Totally unprofessional and very unbecoming from a member of management. I also contacted Popeyes corporate over this matter. Cause apparently this has been an ongoing problem for this store buy no one is doing anything about it.

Food was fairly decent. The wait time was not. They forgot my fries so after waiting 25 mins in line with 3 cars (me being the 3rd) I had to get out and get the rest of my items. Once inside I waited another 5 mins with no one at the counter.

The manager was so sweet I don't know her name but I just knew she was the manager of not then she needs to be the manager every was nice! To be honest this is the 1st Popeyes I have ever been to and everyone have great customer service! Please keep up the great work guys! And thanks for the great experience 😊

Popeyes is my favorite chicken chain. This is a fairly new location and the inside dining area has not been available until recently. I will never eat fried chicken in my car so I was happy when I noticed that people were eating in the dining room. Well, I finally got to go inside to eat .. yeah! My chicken was dried out . As always, I loved my red beans and rice. I'll try this location again before giving up on them.

01-18-2021. Chicken sandwiches highly recommended. Individual legs and thighs should be avoided! Dry, small, and mainly crust...awful...see pictures.. go to nearby Church's for 1000% bigger, better fried chicken pieces. Prior post...Newest fast food in Huffman! Freshest chicken. Nice and spicy. Eager to please and friendly staff.

I ordered the Surf & Turf Tackle Box yesterday evening and it was 👍. It has a mix of chicken tenders and shrimp 🍤. I didn't have much of a waiting time and the drive thru moves quickly. I was actually going to go in because I ordered for pick-up but the door seemed like it was shut closed and it was not. It was just hard to pull. Good spot!
