So far I have used Norman's twice. Once was to put a remanufactured motor in my truck and the other time just recently to do some rear end work. I have zero complaints about this shop. Typically I do my light-duty stuff on my own and only take it in for the larger projects and so far they have not disappointed in any way. They have done a phenomenal job at keeping schedule as well as communicating. Pricing has been more than fair if you ask me. I will not only recommend them but will continue using them myself!

A great body shop for repairs and if you need a tow call Norman's. They will be there shortly and if you have cash you can pay then and there... Robbie, Jimmy, Hummy all are good ol' boys...

Norman's Body Shop is friendly, fast, efficient and overall good. They are definitely my choice in a shop whom can service my interlock device. Monthly calibration is required and only certain shops provide this in area .Countryside drive out here not bad, it's worth it cause the service is so much better and it's cheaper. Edith is so Awesome🌬️🚘

All the excess charges (like the previous post said) like the "pick up" charge, and then to drop it off somewhere closer to where I live, but on their way back to their shop, was going to be another large fee for what would have been a shorter distance. I didn't have the (even more) extra money laying around, so I had them jist take it their shop to look it over. The following day, I called and asked what they had determined. The guy said he hasn't had a chance to look at it yet, but to call back the next morning and he would know what needed it be done. I called the next day, and the lady said the "body shop manager" was not in at the time, but he would call back later and let me know. I never received the call, so I called again the next day. I got the exact same response as the previous day, told that he would call me back ASAP. 2 days past and still no phone call. This happened a total of four times. One of these times, the lady said she thought that it was just totaled out and that under situations like this, people just sign the title over to cover all the erroneous charges that have accumulated, like the $40 per day storage cost. Obviously, the storage cost would not have been accumulating nearly as much if I would have received a return phone call. I called again today with the same message of the body shop manager was unavailable. Unfortunately, due to my strange work schedule of third shift and my fiance's 925 schedule, it is next to impossible for me to make it out 20 miles to the wrecker shop in person. However, this seems to be the only way I am going to be able to get any sort of information whatsoever from them. It has been over 2 weeks now and I have not got any sort of information besides that I will more than likely need to just give them my truck in order to cover all the excess fees. I will update again once I find out the final outcome of all this, but needless to say, this was an awful experience on top of the wreck and everything that goes along with it. I have dealt with a wrecker service twice before and, yes they are usually a bit of a pain to work with. But I have never had this much difficulty just to get someone on the phone that has some sort of idea and let me know the circumstances of my vehicle. I will update again when I find out what kind of insane deal they try and give me.

Do not use this towing service. We got charged $285.00 for a 14.3 mil tow. The $285.00 was broken out into three charges which were $150.00 for the tow truck to come to the scene, $50.00 for the winching out of the ditch and another $85.00 for towing the vehicle 14.3 miles to another body shop. When I called to inquire about the extra $85.00 the receptionist advised the $150.00 was because of the State of TN requiring certain insurance requirements. She would not answer why they charged us twice for towing the vehicle. So for making a call to give them business and driving the tow truck to the scene they charged us $150.00 which I would think would cover the 14.3 mile drive to the body shop. Well it didn't and they tacked on another $85.00. This lady said she was not in the charity business but she knew she was in the wrong and ended up hanging the phone up on me. Please do not use this wrecker or body shop business.
