Overall First Farmers is a wonderful bank to work with, that being said this branch is the antithesis of that statement. Apparently if you are wearing a t-shirt and have a beard you must not have money and aren't worth spending any time on. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to Columbia to receive professional banking service, where helpful management take the 15 minutes required to see a transaction through and conduct themselves in good form rather than laughing at account holders.

Branch manager is very rude, I've been a customer with first farmers for years. This is the only one I have problems with. Will not come back to this bank. Will use the other ones.

First Farmers and Merchants has gone down hill in the past few years. Now you can't even get anyone to answer the phone at the local branch. Not even a press 1 for a representative. Such a shame. I've been with them for at least 20 years. And the service really had gone to pot.
