First time using this branch. Went in to convert dollars to Pasos for my trip to Mexico. I guess these days they don't carry foreign currency so they have to order it. It's Wednesday and I'm skeptical it will get there on time so I confirm that it will get there by Friday because I leave early Saturday. The teller assures me that he has never seen an order be late so I place the order. What do you know the order does not make it by Friday. I ask if they can cancel the order or if I can just return them for what I paid. The teller goes and talks to the manager and says I have to pay the exchange rate on the day that I exchange. This is the issue, because Wells Fargo buys and sells with a mark up to make money. Which means not only do I not get my Pasos on time for my trip I loose money on the transaction and have to spend my time finding Pasos last minute. Only give 2 stars because the teller was really nice and sorry about the policy, manager does not care about customer service and doing the right thing.

This is probably the worst bank I’ve ever experienced. Multiple experiences but today was my last one. I will be closing my account. They don’t answer the phone because they’re “busy”. So I called Multiple times before I drove there, I even let my phone dial while waiting in line at the bank and observing four or five people standing around together giggling two other people at their desks with no clients. Not a single person reached for a phone. They obviously either have them turned off or have been okayed to just not answer the phone. This is obviously the manager’s fault. So after driving there, the reply by the teller to my simple question, was “sorry we can’t help you.” That would’ve been fine had I not made the effort to drive over. The question could’ve been answered easily over the phone. The teller was polite. She just works for a horrible company. This is a leadership issue. I won’t go on about the previous experiences other than to say this is a horrible bank for customer service. I guess you can’t expect much from Wells Fargo anyway.

The Wells Fargo always post ur transactions any day they want it can be posted same day or 2days after u made a purchase, specially if they see that u don’t have balance in ur account now then they go back and try to charge u for insufficient balance of the purchases u made days ago while u have enough balance 🤦🏽‍♀️ It’s so hard to save with Wells Fargo 😥 If u live month to month check better go to community bank.

This is hands down the worst bank I've been too. Went here to set up an account for my younger brother and while in the process the banker, who claimed to be the assistant manager, would not stop talking about himself and his past "experience" with cheating on women. Called back recently to ask about the account since we had been having issues with it only to be told that I closed the account when I have not been near a wells Fargo since that visit. Sketchy and scummy??? No thanks!

I dont recommend this branch for any banking purposes unless you need to make deposits, or just to get a simple cashier's check/money order. I have found that staff are not really helpful; I found out after I visited a higher quality branch later, that how I wasnt explained about the different types of checking accounts and I was paying an unnecessary monthly fee when I could have one without! my second visit was again unsuccessful when I asked for a bank confirmation letter with some customization but they said they cannot make one and handed me a bank statement which was useless,, however the other branch I went to, willingly helped me out.

Ok, I have been having a difficult time with my online user name and password on my phone, mostly because of a stored password that I didnt know caused it. But, with no names mentioned, I felt like I was treated harshly by one of the managers there. I came there looking to be helped and not to be treated that way. I honestly was ready to walk out and find another bank. Employees were not friendly or welcoming there.

If you're planning on going to this bank, DON'T. I'm helping you saving your TIME right now, because everyone in this bank is rude and unprofessional. They don't even know a 17 years old can build a credit as long as they have their guardian. I'm asking you what kind of banker is that? They rolled their eyes at you for correcting them. PLEASE PLEASE. Save your time and don't ever go to this bank!

Nothing can explain the pure level of scum that manages this place. As a GM for a company that brings in large sums of money monthly, I've convinced the owner to close his accounts at Wells Fargo and am excited for a new bank in the future. Wells Fargo cares less about their customers.

While simply trying to cash and deposit a check with my ex husband made out in both our names, and figuring out options to make that possible without another branch visit, the assistant manager Tina Tran at Wells Fargo at Westgate Plaza made the whole experience extremely unpleasant. This was the third visit to a branch in an attempt to deposit the check, the second that same day, while getting different information each time. Miss Tran did not help the situation in the least. From the beginning she was argumentative, interrupted, was not interested in listening to our questions or information without interrupting and in general being dismissive. To the point where she left to let another (much more pleasant young man) service us, only to come back to tell him he didn't need to try too hard to assist us or make any exceptions! Even with both of us there, it turned out to be impossible to cash or deposit the check in both our names in a way where we could share the amount without opening a NEW account in both our names. Not anything one is interested in as a divorced couple. We ended up depositing the amount in my account while I personally am floating $18 000 that I transferred to my ex's account till the check clears. (Tax return which I am pretty sure the state will be able to cover.) Why we couldn't cash the check or deposit half of it in each account that same day is still beyond me ( I do understand their *rules* but don't think that is reason enough to make it that hard for their customers). While the inflexible rules may land on Wells Fargo in general (not privy to what extent branches have flexibility), the unpleasant attitude and unwillingness to listen, explore and explain our options and trying to solve the situation, as well as taking responsibility for the wells fargo disinformation we had received along the way, making the whole experience go from inconvenient to truly unpleasant, firmly lands on Tina Tran.
