I never been to this Joann in Torrance it was a very nice large clean and the employees were so very nice

I don't understand why someone would choose a career that requires customer service if they don't enjoy or demonstrate good customer service. There is a man who checks you out but acts introverted, no personality and no eye contact. I did not feel welcomed or appreciated. I called and asked to speak to the manager but it sounded like the guy who checked me out. I will just stick with Michael's.

Very helpful staff. I've never been into one of these locations . And I had 5 employees not only ask if I needed help. But set me in the right direction as I came in only for inspiration

Online it says I can rent a Glowforge. I called the rep at the store who seemed frustrated I was asking about it. She was 100% being short with me for no reason. I asked if there is a date when they will begin rentals. She said no and "corporate" hasn't told them when to start. Online it says they offer it. I asked if they could take my information in case there is a waiting list for that. She said there is nothing like that and to just keep calling their store. Doesn't seem like a reasonable solution, wasting time for them and me. Why would I want to keep calling back to talk to employees who are rude and don't reflect what it says on the company website? I'm sure it's a nice store never been. Rep at store didn't give her name.... EDIT (spoke to store manager. She had the information. Was kind and helpful) Seems like a new item for them. Glad everything is cleared up and looking forward to renting a machine soon.

I love this store,it is huge. I come here for art supplies, cause Aaron bros is no more, Micheal s normally has long,long lines. I can run in and out of this store. The selection is huge. There's crafting supplies, bakeware,art supplies, sewing,knitting supplies, games,books. If you need it,Joanns likely has it. The staff are very helpful. The parking is plentiful and it's easy to access from outside the mall,for those who don't want to walk through the mall to get to a store

I went to Joann to looks for glass beads kit, but were not in stock. Mateo kindly offered to look for the item at near by stores and found the item. Was able to put in a special order in to transfer it to my near by Joann store. That’s going above and beyond caring for his customers. Thank you Mateo for your help.

This place is huge!!! Honestly spent way more time here than expected, but they had so many options. We needed fabric to redo the windows in our camper van (follow on Instagram @Cat.a.Van) and they had exactly what we were looking for! Worth the drive from wherever you are parked/living!

The best Joanne I’ve been to! We literally drive our way out here to Torrance just for this store. I really wish I had one closer to me that was this big and new! Sign up on the joanns app if you haven’t already. You get coupons on your phone and it makes it easier to scan. Large selection of fabrics! It’s become a necessity in this day and age when we need it to make reusable masks. The cutting station: at first ppl would wait physically in line but now they’ve transitioned to having you sign in on their tablet and they’ll call your name when they’re ready to serve you. There’s plexiglass barriers between you and the cutter. Seasonal items: they always have such a large variety and selection of seasonal items! From home decor, lawn ornaments, costume jewelry, and more. They’ve always got sales going on.

JoAnn's fabrics and crafts and a lot more everything you need from materials and arts and crafts and school supplies you name it I asked the employee a question and they were very helpful they have a lot of Christmas decorations if you need anything from Joann's they have it it's the place to shop handmade happiness.
