The shopping center is always busy so parking is a bit sparse. The store is prestine. The staff was super friendly and really helpful if you're looking for a specific item. Time are on the pricey side but the quality and durability is worth it. ~Rey

These geniuses don't know how to properly change oil. I used to have them change my oil because I live in apartments and I could buy top of the line oil from Walmart and pay $15 for them to change it. Well they don't even know you're supposed fill the new oil filter with fresh fluid before you install it, it's called priming the filter. Then I noticed they changed the oil after they already installed the new filter! Who taught these people how to do an oil change completely backwards and incorrectly? Next time I'll just do it myself. Not to mention they lost the caps to my valve stems after "filling my tires with air" which upsets me I literally just got all new tires and matching chrome caps for the valve stems. Plus they filled my washer fluid with hose water instead of using the recommended washer fluid I use. I didn't even ask them to check my tires or windshield washer fluid. Service: Oil change ~Myles

I went to the Goodwill drop off location on sunrise and got turned away because it was 3:05 and they stopped taking donations at 3:00. I had nine boxes of clothing. There's no way I was going to offload them at home again and then I remembered about this location. They're open till 6:00 p.m. Fast, convenient and friendly! ~Diane

Ive never had such a horrible customer experience, Not only did I wait 6 hours to get service when they me to wait 5 when I had made an appointment and I was told that I was good to show up. I basically had to wait under hour in the cold and they lost my hub centric ring, i could of bought tires there and fixed the issue but I Was so upset at the way they handled the issue and didn't even bother to try checking the 1st points for they made me wait 5 hours in the cold. Ill never ever spend a dollar at Firestone because of this. ~Kiba

This is not your average department store, if you don’t come prepared you will not get the best savings. They have everything from shoes to microwaves and great prices on toys for kids birthday parties. Store was very clean and well organized, although this is the third time they have changed the store around in a month. Really cheesed off my wife something good. They do have restrooms there and a large assortment of men’s fragrances. Beware of the impulse buys, the chocolates will get you. ~Finding

Well it’s party city. A bunch of kids with not much customer service experience work here, So what cab you expect. I reserved a pick up And they were not ready (not the first time) Then a balloon popped as I was walking out And a second popped in the car a minute after. Not their fault But I got a “we will give an extra one at no change” response and that’s not cool… the no charge shouldn’t be even a question ~alessandro

Very disappointing experience, all other 24hr gyms have been great but this one was terrible. I brought two of my buddies with the free 3 day pass as they are looking into gyms in the area and Tanner the trainer there was completely in unreasonable, only allowing us to see half of the gym. He was rude and vulgar. As soon as I asked for his name he started cussing at us and we felt like we had to leave. I will not be returning until he is gone ~Cole

These guys are the real deal! I went in today to have some transmission concerns checked out on my Honda Civic and Nick was beyond helpful. They took their time inspecting everything that could possibly be an issue and Nick clearly explained everything to me, giving me a peace of mind. For younger gals like me, it can be pretty intimidating going into auto shops, but this one made me feel comfortable. From just my first visit I could tell how friendly, honest and reliable these guys are. I will for sure be a returning customer (but hopefully that won't be for awhile).
