If you're late for your appointment, Don't show up. I was turned away for being 5 minutes late. On another note, I was there at an earlier date with an appointment, 30 minutes early. And waited 4 hours for an alignment to be finished.

Reason for the disappointing experience: 1. Was told when I made the appointment on-line, I would receive a confirmation confirming my appointment. That never happened. 2. Was told a tire repair was going to take until the end of the day (6 pm), when my appointment I made on-line was at 1 pm. 3. I learned why it takes most of a day to complete a tire repair. It's because, without notice, they complete a multi-point inspection looking for additional add-on charges and fees. 4. I was called and received recommendations for about $1000 worth of repairs and parts replacement, when I simply requested a flat tire repair. 5. Once I declined all of the add-on recommendations, I was called a second time notifying me that the flat tire was not able to be repaired and told I needed a new tire. Because they had to call me back a second time, leads me to believe that they never did what I requested initially, and performed the full car inspection to up charge my initial estimate for the tire repair. It was only after I declined the additional parts and service that I feel they decided to assess my flat tire. I feel Firestone should offer to do an optional inspection and allow customers the opportunity to decline an inspection when turning the car in for a service or repair. I felt nickel-and-dimed and not communicated with properly.

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had. The price was amazing but god the service was awful. I dropped my car off at 9AM(had an appointment) to be serviced, was called at 10AM and told the recommendations. I told them go ahead and fix it and they said I would receive a call later on in the day to pick the car up. I was never told a time. My work order in my email said my car was due at 6:30PM that same day. Did not realize the store closes at 6PM until I google their phone number. I start calling at 5:45PM and no one answers. I get a ride to the store and they are locked and closed and my car is on a lift no wheels hood up. I received no phone call informing me that I would not be able to pick my car up. I call the next morning after having to Uber to work because I had no way to get there. The gentleman that answered said he was sorry he wasn’t there the day before and he would have my car ready for pick up at 12PM during my lunch. I call again at 11AM to make sure my car is in fact done and I get an attitude saying they were given the wrong parts so they weren’t able to fix it the day before. But never called me to let me know. Horrible customer service and I am extremely mad at this situation.

Take so long to get anything done here. I visited this store 3 time and every time they said wait would be like 2 he but I waited like 4 to 5 hours to get my vehicle back. Even tho if it as simple as oil change. That ridiculous

Replaced all 4 of my rotars and brakes pads a year and a half ago. Immediately was getting squeeking brakes consistently whenever I drove. I brought it in 2 times after that saying it keeps squeeking can you check them out. Everytime they said it was good to go there was no problems. The squeeking never stopped I just had given up waiting 3+ hours for them to say it was fine every visit. Now I'm dealing with massive squeeking issues non stop. I bring it in and apparently my rear rotars and brakes pads needs to be replaced again but the fronts are fine. Inferior products and a waste of money and time I rather take my car elsewhere

Scheduled an appt only to show up to be told it wasn’t I got fact scheduled and got the run around by the manager. Will never attempt to give my business to this location. I was offered to wait while being fit in after telling Firestone I drove from another city for this appointment and don’t have another car to leave and come back. This is unacceptable substitution and no real help or customer service offered.

Ive never had such a horrible customer experience, Not only did I wait 6 hours to get service when they me to wait 5 when I had made an appointment and I was told that I was good to show up. I basically had to wait under hour in the cold and they lost my hub centric ring, i could of bought tires there and fixed the issue but I Was so upset at the way they handled the issue and didn't even bother to try checking the 1st points for they made me wait 5 hours in the cold. Ill never ever spend a dollar at Firestone because of this.

I brought my car in because the check engine light was on. I was told that my diagnosis was that my fuel tank filler neck pipe needed replacing because of gas vapors. I spent over $500 and my engine light came back on a few days later. I ended up taking it to the manufacturer who replaced the evaporating purge valve instead... everything has been working fine. I wasted money on people who replaced the wrong part. It's a shame too, because I am living paycheck to paycheck and these people were completely useless.

Done here, and with a local Firestone. 15+ year customers. Appointments don't really matter because they will take walk-in sob stories every time. I've seen walk-ins come in after my appointment and leave hours before me on multiple occasions. My whole family has sworn them off now. I'm even willing to let my lifetime balance/rotation go because they are now 5-0 on being 1+ hour late. Luckily, while waiting I was approved for a Goodyear card. At least they have stuff to do locally, and I can wait them out in the comfort of a movie theater.

Bought 4 new tires. During installation they scratched my wheels where the machine gets inserted between the wheel and tire. Then blamed damages on me saying I curbed my wheels on my way home. My tires protrude over the wheels, had I curbed it the tires would have been damaged as well. Inspection was done prior and damages on all 4 wheels didn't exist before installation. I had to contact The Bureau Of Automotive Repair to fix the problem.
