Deserving of zero stars. Had the worst banking experience of my entire life at this branch this morning. Staff was rude and unapologetically incompetent. Dare I say they went out of their way to be unhelpful. This was after I had visited the Ballston Bank of America branch, which was similarly incapable of completing the simple transaction. I will never do business with this bank if I can help it.

I'm still receiving miniscule checks from whatever class action was taken on BOA, so it speaks volumes on my lack of trust. Rules change depending on who you get, inefficient lines, ridiculous fees. Closed my account with this bank.

I went in this branch today to get somethings notarized. When I walked in I was greeted immediately, and the rep confirmed my appointment. I waited for about 2-3 minutes (if that) and met with Samar. Samar assisted me for my reason of coming in and was very thorough and extremely pleasant. Prior to me leaving she gave me some very valuable information and I look forward to our next business meeting!

Very helpful and accommodating. The main teller, Yohan, is alert, intelligent, friendly and efficient. Free parking is nice. They have been a little short on staff during the Pandemic, but that is changing. My only issue is that I would like for the branch to stay open until 5 pm like the competition, but that decision is probably not up to the branch manager.

If I had an option to put 0 stars I would because 1 is too much! Called 800 number several months ago about changing my name. They said go to a local branch and they will handle. Walked in two weeks ago and waited for a long time for someone to help. Finally found my way to some tellers who were not very helpful. One of them in particular, when he saw me didn't say hello or welcome or anything friendly. I walked up to him and asked if he could help. As I was walking up he put his hand up and said "my computer isn't up." I walked back and waited for the other teller. He went back to his cell phone and continued texting while in front of me! This was 9:15am no reason his computer wasn't up yet. The whole branch seems like it's not being supervised, no one was friendly or helpful and lacking customer service. Anyway, it turns out my husband also needed to sign for the name change to occur but the same rep was really rude in his delivery of this message. I have since called corporate and let them know that I will be closing all accounts as the result of this incident. The rep over the phone was very nice and apologetic. I have been a customer for over 15 years, terrible way to end a long term relationship.

Worst bank In The area. The teller is nice but they only ever have 1 teller and the longest lines. They no longer have drive through service either. Worst parking situation in arlington (which says something).

Worst customer service i have ever had. Came in just to deposit a check. It was completely empty. I let the teller know i was there to make a deposit he sent me back to fill out a deposit slip (when he could have just filled out at the window, it would have taken him less then 30 seconds), came back to the window, he completely ignored me for a couple minutes and was very short and rude with his comments. Never coming back.

DO NOT GO HERE: I came in to this particular location to make a CASH deposit to my Landlord's account. Apparently they no longer accept cash deposits only checks from third parties (I thankfully do not bank with BOA) to prevent fraud.... I work for a local bank myself and am fully aware of preventing fraud, in this case it makes ZERO sense to NOT accept cash deposits considering you as a personal banker should be competent enough to determine whether currency is real or counterfeit vs accepting checks where they could potentially be fraudulent or come back due to insufficient funds. I then try contacting this same branch to see if they would accept a cashiers check/official check considering you are applying cash to the check itself and in no way would a cashiers check come back since it is issued by a bank itself and after 10 tries of trying to call them, STILL NO PICKUP. as a non client and formal personal banker, this establishment is by any means NOT helpful whatsoever

[Zero Stars, really] 9:06AM Came to this branch for first time because a bank manager I had been helped with previously had transferred to this branch from Falls Church (Aza Naduev) she's amasing- professions and efficient. Unfortunately she was on vacation. The gentleman manager there said he and the other bank manager lady were only ones there and they had appointments. Mind you, he's walking around, not seeing anyone. I said I was there about an estate beneficiary situation. He said I had to make appointment, they are busy. It's a bank, y'all are supposed to be busy. But you're not seeing anyone right now. And I'm here. He asked me to go back later that afternoon or next day. I'm here now. Only time you can just walk in is to use ATM, he said. In the 17 years I've been a BOA customer, I've never been asked to leave because I had no appointment. It's now 21 mins since I came in and he not she is seeing the supposed appointments they were busy with. And you'd think he'd be sympathetic with a situation to do with a bereaved family. Rubbish customer service! Busy. Busy doing what? Walking around and hanging around the greeter gentleman Mustafa at the front? Too bad I came on a day that Aza was out. I left to try next closest BOA. Update: It's 9:47PM. I'm at the BOA on Arlington Blvd and was greeted with beaming smile and asked, 'How may I help you?' As I begun to tell Ms. Haydee why I was here, she gently ushered me into her office to talk there. HUGE difference. 6307 Arlington Blvd Branch - Haydee Sanchez in particular, and Maria the Manager/Notary get ALL the stars!
