Sitting in the parking lot of this place right now after spending about 25 minutes inside. I’m trying to make a return from a major retailer who partners with fedex. I received two QR codes to scan at any fees dropoff location. I tried Walgreens first and they couldn’t get the system to work which they said was common. Ok, I come directly to a fedex ship center and they have the same issue. Can’t open their own generated QR code. I show them the shipping label, turns out per their employees that they were “hacked” and can’t use that label or print it for me. Told me the best option was to go to another location (Fedex ship and office or something) where they could print. Not really sure what the purpose of this location is. ~Christopher

Really poor costumer service i whent to that bank to cash a check from my job and the place was really dark no light there was only one lady there and she had a bad mannered she never said hi and she keep questioning me where i got that check and i felt like i had to convince her when i had every document she needed just a really poor costumer service like if she hated her job ill never go back to that wells fargo ~Melqui

Great place for buying things for your house, also they have some unique food like international coffee. People are very friendly when you need some help there! ~Diana

Deserving of zero stars. Had the worst banking experience of my entire life at this branch this morning. Staff was rude and unapologetically incompetent. Dare I say they went out of their way to be unhelpful. This was after I had visited the Ballston Bank of America branch, which was similarly incapable of completing the simple transaction. I will never do business with this bank if I can help it. ~Rob

Moving cross country has been stressful as it is; but Mr Lee made this part of the transition a wonderful experience. He had my car hauler ready ahead of schedule and even changed my pickup time without asking as I was running behind. He was very polite with my family and even called the day prior to ensure we were aware of his location. Great place to rent! Highly recommended! ~Joseph

Selected this store to deliver a birthday arrangement for a friend that lives near by. They never delivered on the requested delivery date, delivered late the day after and never even replied back to an official complaint message I sent through the website. First and last time ordering from Edible Arrangements. ~Soo

Going to get a haircut is a chore. Especially if you have a job that requires you to maintain certain hair-grooming standards. Which is a great reason to keep coming back.
